I rarely do this but these people really deserve praise! The work was completed timely and as expected with one minor issue. I filled out a survey with mostly positive and the one issue. I heard from the manager the next day and asked me to come in the next day. The issue was not included in the insurance company’s scope but they fixed it free of charge. I later had a fog light malfunction, thinking it wasn’t coded correctly so I brought it in. The manager brought it back right away and found out it was a burned out bulb.
