Timely repair and was great to have my car back all in one piece at a fair price. Car looks great and I’m grateful it was done in the estimated time so I could get it back on the road. Awesome customer service and never had any issues with communicating issues or setbacks and when it would be finished. Great experience with performance collision.

The job that they have done on my car was honestly better than when I first got the car. The car got back to me with a fresh paint job and all repairs better than I thought it would be. Very professional, and every Monday and Wednesday Alexandra would send me updates on the status of my car. Highly recommend this place for all of your repair needs. Very professional and very kind workers.

Chris and Alexandreia really took care of my car!!! The paint matched my older car perfectly!!! I was really, really happy with it. One small negative: they left a little dirt on my door, but they are fixing it right now with their detailer! This place did a GREAT JOB!!!

Performance Collision did an excellent job repairing some damage to my Subaru Outback. They were friendly, professional, finished the repairs ahead of schedule, and kept me informed twice a week on the progress. They worked smoothly with my insurance company and I love that they are right next to a rental car company so you can park your car for repairs and walk next door to pick up a rental! I don't want to have to return for any future repairs but if I ever need car repairs done, I'll come back to this company!

From the moment I spoke with a staff member I was amazed at the service and professionalism of this crew. I received a call each afternoon updating me on the progress of my auto in the repair / paint procedure and they did everything they said they would do. My car was ready earlier than I had been told and it was perfect. Repaired to perfection and showroom immaculate. The people were so friendly! This kind of service is almost impossible to find in today's environment. I highly recommend them!!

Best experience ever! They kept me up to date twice weekly about the progress of my car. I got my car back 3 weeks earlier than expected and to make it even better, on my birthday!!! The work done on my car was phenomenal, made it look brand new again. My subaru aftermarket emblem came off during repairs and performance ordered me brand new ones and even put them on for me. I work in the car industry myself and all I have to say is that the entire experience with performance was truly iconic. Way to go guys! I appreciate you and all your hard work!!!

When I first picked my car up, I was extremely satisfied. They already had my car running waiting for me. My car had been cleaned very well and the appearance of the work they had done was great when I got home and turned my car off my car would not start back up. My battery was dead thank God I didn’t stop in route to my home along the way because, I may not have made it home then the next day, I went out to get a battery stopped to get gas couldn’t get gas, because the gas top wouldn’t open Which was on the side that they had worked on, also my Turn signal blinker on the side they worked on does not work either, and it was working when I took it there. I took the car back for them to look at it. They said they had to order a part Took them two weeks to get the part. They said they had called me and told me my part was in, but they never did call me, I had to call them. They said they left a message. I hate to be lied to they never called or left a message.

We are completely satisfied and very happy with the services provided. The manager Alexandria went way beyond our expectations and kept us posted about the status of the repairs. She was kind enough to keep us updated even well after the work hours and we received our car back at the promised time. I would strongly recommend them for a professional and thorough job!

So, where to begin. My vehicle inspection was scheduled on 1/17 and then I scheduled the repair for 2/17 after all the snow storms. Upon dropping my vehicle off they estimated it being two weeks after I requested a time frame. The receptionist, Jordan, stated that it would be a week before they could even touch it to evaluate the parts that needed to be ordered, which I thought was weird, however she advised they were at 200% capacity, which I believed because their lot was packed. She offered the couple infront of me transit to another crash champions however did not attempt to offer it to me until I spoke up and asked about it. When I was told the closest two were NOVA or Norfolk I declined transport to another location then. She also told me I would receive updates via text and would also receive automated text messages but not to believe them because they could be unreliable as they were automated. Fine. Upon receiving my first text message on 2/20, I received an estimated date that would land me greater than two weeks, 3/5. My husband drove by several times during the week and found that my vehicle had not moved whatsoever from where I had parked it. After the automated text I hadn't heard anything and continued not hearing anything from anyone until 2/24 when I reached out asking for an update as we were having vehicle issues with our spare vehicle. In response I got a "Pilot has been disassembled and parts have been ordered" a generic update but I guess an update nonetheless. I messaged them back asking if there was an updated time frame as they told me on drop off the time frame that was automated was unreliable, and per them nope still slated for 3/5. After that we continued to get vague updates until 2/28, since then radio silence. This AM rolls around, hadn't heard anything from them so I call them as today is the day for pick up. At 0840 this AM they advised me that my vehicle may or may not be ready today as they are still waiting on parts. Mind you they have had my vehicle for two weeks and yet they are still waiting on parts? It was a simple bumper and grill and yet here we are. Fortunately I did get my vehicle back today however I would not recommend them for anyone. I informed them I would be there at 3, they advised me that the last step would be completed around that time frame. They also told me when I walked in that they had already washed the vehicle. Turns out that was another lie. One of their techs stated through the walkie talkie in the office that they were still doing it about thirty minutes into my wait. While sitting in the office today during the last thirty minutes I come to find out that they were holding my vehicle trying to push insurance paperwork through to assure payment even though it was not my fault for the accident and quite frankly not my problem how they get their money. Then their receptionist tried to tell me I had a a deductible to pay when I didn't. Absolutely ridiculous and as stated above I would not recommend.

Worst customer service and scheduling experience. We had to wait for 3 weeks to get an appointment to bring our Tesla in. Finally 3 weeks come and my husband brought it in for them to tell us "sorry, we do not work on Teslas here." You've got to be kidding. The representative claimed she called the night before to let us know they don't work on Teslas, but we never received any call nor a voicemail left for us. To wait 3 weeks and take time off from work to bring our car in and then to be told we don't work on your car model. This is absurd! My husband also called before our appointment to confirm time and location and HE DID mention the Tesla. Please change the way you do your scheduling and not waste customer's time.

I am sharing my review due to request from State Farm. Crash Champions of Lynchburg was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I initially dropped my truck off on 7/22/2024 with anticipated completion date 8/21/24. At first communication was great, I was updated frequently and I in no way asked to rush the project as I know it was very time invasive. When 8/21 arrived, my now completion date was 9/6, again communication was great, updated frequently. Next change, 9/12, then 9/23, then 9/27, then 10/1, then 10/2. I was set to go on vacation the week of 10/5. This was my only week I requested my truck to be complete. I went to pick the truck up, and it was filthy, the rear view mirror on the passengers side was hanging down because a clip wasn’t available, and the fender wells were barely attached and rattled in the wind due to missing clips. I took the truck out of being urged, but wish I would have gotten a rental and refused to take the truck. I now believe it was so that the project could be marked complete so my satisfaction survey was sent out (I did not fill it out at this time because I knew the truck had to be dropped back off to complete a “few minor details”). I dropped the truck back off on 10/15, as when I picked the truck up I was told the parts would only take a couple days to complete. COMMUNICATION from this point was awful. I was no longer being responded to and it was always an excuse whenever I did hear a word. I would call to check on my truck, with which they would answer and saw “please hold”; I would then be placed on hold for 14+ minutes, with which I had someone call while I was on hold, and they immediately answered their questions and responded quickly. I believe they were monitoring their caller ID. Finally after complete radio silence from 11/18 - 12/5, I find out that the truck will be ready on 12/11. At this point, I have been contacting State Farm every day to get check ups as the communication was none. On 12/16/24, I received a call at 4:53 that my truck was ready to be picked up. When I get there, the roof of the truck is still filthy (black hand marks all on the beige headliner, with several other issues) but I picked the truck up knowing I would never be back again! As I had already talked with State Farm about the next steps. I did not want to put this on a google review, (waiting till my frustration and anger subsided), but with State Farm urging and no longer being able to access the customer satisfaction survey, here I am. Quality of work 4/5; there are air bubbles and blemishes in the paint, but overall a good job given they use water based paint. The truck still needed to be detailed after pick up. Communication and friendliness of staff: overall a 3/5, you can sense when you being treated as fake; they are very kind when you can get in touch with them. To State Farm: I would be willing to send pictures of all correspondence as well as forward emails to verify all my complaints. I am also disappointed in State Farm that they even recommended this place, but I am unsure of how well Performance Collision was prior to the switch. In conclusion: I will not tell you to NOT use this company, but given the urge from my insurance company due to my horrific experience, I wanted to make other customers aware of my experience. I have used several body shops in Lynchburg for alternate repairs (due to deer and being T-boned) and I will say this was the worst experience of my life in every aspect.

Bad business That give false information bay a electronic up date. Said my car was going good and was in paint shop and they were nowhere being done.i called the day before pick and found out they didnt have my parts. I call my insurance and they talk to them and the next morning found my part. Then they said the guy was out sick like they didnt have more people to work on it. Another week they tell me they did get the wright part. They held my car from June 17 2025 to July 24 2025. I TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY THEY LIE.

The absolute LACK of communication in any form is absurd. Pushed back day after day week after week with no communication unless I reached out to them for an entire month of them having my vehicle. Having to take off work to be there on the "supposed" finishing date and still not completed. Apologies do not make up for time taken off, rental fees, and extremely poor communication. Would not recommend if you are looking for communication and updates or a reasonable turn around time.

I appreciate the amount of updates via text. I was updated at every step of the repair process. My truck was at their shop for 4 weeks and I was never left wondering what the wait was for. Also I needed to get some things from my truck multiple times and they had no problem letting me come by and get what I needed.

My boyfriend and I dropped off our car for repairs here. The experience was pleasant and reassuring. The staff was all really friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and explained the process in detail. There were parts that got delayed for my vehicle, but Alexandria kept me informed about the situation and gave me regular updates. My car look great when I picked up! You couldn't even tell where the damage was. Would recommend to a friend!

Alexandria, Diana, and Paul are very talented and wonderful people to work with. They work hard to get your car fixed. Mine had a lot of damage and took a month to come back, but they never gave up. If you need any repairs they are the ones to go to! Performance Collision center. I'm hoping to get my husband there to have his painted! Thank you all!

This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. They are unable to keep their stories (lies) straight about why they have to postpone my car being ready. This had gone on for four months for a bumper repair. They still haven't replaced the Lexus emblem that they misplaced. They have a new reason everytime i call.
