ROAD SIDE SERVICE CAME OUT TO REPLACE A STARTER. MADE EVERY EXCUSE TO TOW IT TO THERE SHOP INSTEAD. TOW TRUCK DRIVER TOOK 3 HRS TO TOW IT BECAUSE HE COULDNT FIGURE HOW TO DISCONNECT DRIVE SHAFT. IN THE PROCESS, THREW OFF ALIGNMENT. ONCE TRUCK MADE IT TO SHOP, TOOK 3 DAYS TO REPAIR BECAUSE THEY HAD THE SAME ROAD SIDE SERVICE FAKE MECHANIC WORK ON IT. WITH THAT BEING SAID HE ORDERED THE WRONG UJOINT TO REPLACE THE ONE THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER MESSED UP. SOMEHOW IN THE MIX OF PUTTING THE STARTER ON, HEAD LIGHTS NO LONGER WORKED AND TURN SIGNALS WERE BACKWORDS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF INTERNET CERTIFICATE HOLDERS WORKING ON DIESELS. DIESEL MECHANICS NO, BACKYARD SMALL ENGINE REPAIR AT BEST.

We were on a trip in a 40’ diesel pusher motor home we had recently purchased used. The morning of our departure to return home the low air pressure alarms came on. Within 30 minutes of call, Travis arrived. He quickly found the problem , which was an air dryer that had not been properly maintained. So that we could get home , he bypassed the dryer which allowed pressure to increase. Travis then proceeded to check various fluids, top off brake fluid and others and suggest we tried to take flattest drive home we could. Truly a professional Thank you. Dave and Pam. Cleveland Ohio
