Technicians are hardly ever at work. They do not follow up with you . You have to call them to check in with them. I will say they are nice. The main thing is the customer service needs to be stepped quite a bite. Follow up and follow through is very important.

I paid to have a windshield installed was charged extra for a new gasket, upon picking up the vehicle the old gasket was reused and siliconed back together. The silicon was very messy around the window with silicon hand prints on the roof and hood, large pieces of trash from window removal were left in the floorboards of my vehicle. I returned and talked to the owner and was told I am not a professional window installer he was. He did however issue a refund, I’ll take my vehicle elsewhere to have a professional looking job done.

So I’d like to start this off by saying that the owner was very polite and nice, otherwise there’d be no stars. We were directed here to get our windshield replaced in our 2018 Honda odyssey. There were issues right from the start. Initially the windshield never stopped squeaking, and the LKAS wasn’t working correctly. Took it back and they pretended to “recalibrate” The camera. No change. Took it back again and they decided the windshield was defective and changed it out again. But still the LKAS WASN’T WORKING. Car kept drifting over into the other lane. So the owner decided he would send it to Honda to get calibrated. After two months of getting the run around we called the insurance co. And decided to work through them to get it fixed. I’m sure Apple auto has some skill set, but if you have a newer model vehicle DO NOT take it for a windshield.

Referred for replacement glass on storm windows as so few places do them with Chestnut Hill Hardware out of business. Seemed nice and said they would be done in "a couple of days." After several weeks, I checked in with the owner. He blamed supply chain issues. Understandable at first, but weeks the turned into months. It has now been over 4 months and they have stopped answering my calls and will not return a call. Dead of winter and no storm windows.

Superb and friendly company to work with getting my cracked windshield replaced. They got me in next morning, dropped car off while I went and did some shopping and by the time I got back my car was finished. Very clean install with a new windshield, can't tell a difference from the old glass minus the crack. I can't compared prices as I never had to get a windshield replaced before and this was the first company to get back to me after filling out a few forms on different websites but it was very easy on the wallet, it cost a lot less than I thought it would!

Apple auto glass is amazing! They have taken care of my vehicle on two different occasions (rock hitting the windshield while driving and a crack from weather) and I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences both times! Not only is the staff friendly, but they were able to get me in within a day on both occasions, the work was completed appropriately, and their pricing was amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a windshield/ glass repair!

Harold Tipton and his crew gave us a good experience from start to finish. First of all, they answered their phone! Harold suggested a less expensive alternative to our factory windshield, saving us money. The windshield was replaced neatly and properly, with no further damage to our vehicle. We were in and out of the shop much faster than promised, and we were thanked for our business. Painless, except for the cost of the glass, which is obviously out of their control. Highly recommended!

Called here to get a quote on a replacement windshield for my car and spoke to a guy on the phone who then asked for my VIN number to give an exact fitting for my car and told me to message him the information instead of calling back. I messaged him the information as well as my husband and got no response. Then me and my husband both called multiple times because we got no response and either no one would answer the phone or we would be hang up on. They must not want any business! 🤷🏽♀️

I had my window motor and regulator repaired here per the recommendation of another mechanic. I'm so happy they were recommended to me because they were first, very diligent in their attention to detail, open to finding lower part costs during a difficult economy, and very easy to communicate with. Originally, the part was going to cost upwards at around $600-800, but they advised that I look at other vendors to find a cheaper price and bring the part for them to assemble to my vehicle. I ultimately saved $600 by finding the part myself. Labor costs still applied, of course. Mechanics don't ordinarily extend that advice, but Apple Auto Glass' readiness to allow for that speaks volumes.
