We were two hours away from home and had a sudden flat tire. AAA’s response time was going to be delayed for hours however my wife found Links in the town near where the flat tire occurred and they took great care of us. Excellent, friendly customer service and they had us back on the road super quick (less than 20 minutes after we arrived). Awesome prices as well that were clearly explained before any work was done. I’m going to start by saying that from the initial call all the way til they finished up with my car I was very happy with making the decision to call them! Al tire companies could definitely set down and take notes from these guys in how to run a business! Especially in how to speak to a customer as almost everyone I spoke within regards to my issues in needing 2 tires replaced this buisness was the only one that wasn’t rude whatsoever ! He spoke with me with kindness and cared that I get those tires fixed no matter!!

From the phone call, to me pulling up to them telling me what I needed because I didn’t know! They were very polite great customer service and fair prices I got two used tires that looks brand new they put them on for me and offered to dispose of my tires for me as well for a very small fee however they let you know it’s cheaper to take them with you if you can dispose of them yourself.. 10/10 highly recommend

Darrell is very respectful and courteous. He kept me updated continuously while my vehicle was serviced. They put in a new alternator and did repairs with the power steering and prices are fair and reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back in the future. One day I had a flat tire and I knew right where to take my vehicle. Changed the tire fast at a great price and I was back on the road in no time.
