I had a great experience with Caliber; the fact that they were partners with both my insurance company and Enterprise RAC really streamlined the process and cut out a lot of hassle on my end. I was also really impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Everyone I spoke with in person and over the phone actually seemed genuinely happy to help me - and we all know how rare that is in customer service these days where people are overworked and underpaid. Blaine is particularly was really helpful in making sure I understood everything that was done to the vehicle and assuring me that they stand behind their work for as long as I own the vehicle, “whether it’s 2 weeks, 2 months, or 2 years.” I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to choose them.★★★★★ 3 months ago
