took way too much time to complete our repairs, causing us to pay out-of-pocket for our car rental beyond what our auto insurance covered (we have excellent coverage through USAA). the repair was good, customer service was good face-to-face, but otherwise expect text only communication when they should call if things are going south with repairs. we won't use them again.

Caliber broke the window belt molding and instead of replacing it, they felt it was ok to just glue it down. In less than a week the glue has already lifted. Completely unprofessional so-called repair. Avoid at all costs Update: Caliber reached out to me and made it right.

BEING almost FORCED "This is a liberty mutual recommend repair shop" And after almost 2 weeks of being assured my car was being repaired and we would be safely back on the rd! And compensated for the accident!!! Couldn't Have been ANY SINGLE ASSURANCE STATED!!! MY VEHICLE WAS TOTAL LOSS WITH JUST THE PAINT AND BODY DID I MENTION IT ONLY HAD ONE TINY DENT AND A FEW SCRATCHES!!!! FIRST I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE WEEKS BEFORE A TOW TRUCK TO GET TO US! SO I THEN DRIVE THE CAR THERE! GO OVER THE SCRATCHES "DAMAGE" .AND WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SMOOTH TRANSITION TO A RENTAL VEHICLE. IT WAS NOT .. I WAS PICKED UP BY A MANIACAL DRIVER WHO TOOK ME TO WARDS RD. JUST TO BE TOLD I COULDN'T GET THE RENTAL FOR UNTOLD REASONS. IT TOOK ME A WEEK BEFORE I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO SECURE THE RENTAL AND STANDING OUTSIDE IN THE COLD FOR FOUR HOURS LITERALLY IN Tears BECAUSE IM A FATHER TO MY 9 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL. WHAT WHERE WE GONNA DO? AFTER GOING TO A TOTAL DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN I WAS SENT TO A WEEK LATER I FINALLY GOT A RENTAL . FINALLY THINKING EVERYTHING WOULD BE OK... I GOT THE DREAD FULL CALL MY CAR WAS TOTALED AND EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR THE BEST INSURANCE GAP COVERAGE SERVICE PARTS PROTECTION PLAN YOU NAME IT..... They PICKED MY CAR APART.... WHEN IN TRUTH EVEN AFTER THERE RIPPING THE TRUCK APART. A 2013 FORD EXPLORER SPORT XLT FULLY LOADED ON 20'S $12K LEATHER INTERIOR 3RD ROW SEATS . AND THE $5000 DOWN I PUT OR THE OTHER $3000 I SPENT IN TAXES REGISTRATION AND TITLE FEES. NOT ONLY DID I LOSE ALL MY MONEY AND AM NOW STUCK With NO VEHICLE. WOULDN'T YOU KNOW I HAD TO RETURN THE RENTAL BEFORE I COULD EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIND MY FAMILY A NEW VEHICLE.... BUT THIS TIME I DON'T HAVE $8,000 WORTH OF BACK PAY TO DROP. PROTECTING MY ASSETS WITH THE BEST INSURANCE AND ANY COVERAGE I COULD GET .... MY VEHICLE EVEN AFTER ALL THIS WAS STILL.... IMMACULATE BUT THE ESTIMATE STATING THE CONDITIONS WAS WAYYYYYY OFFF!!!! I can't help but feeling TAKEN complete advantage of... FOR them to turn RIGHT AROUND PUT UT BACK TOGETHER AND SELL IT PROBABLY MORE THAN EVEN I PAID !!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

I didn’t like how I was talked to when I came back to let them know there was an issue with their repair work. Then lady comes out and looks at the rear of my car but she wasn’t an adjuster she didn’t identify herself. I asked for district manager and the manager stalled then said he was on his was. I asked for his number and he said he made an excuse but wouldn’t give it to me. It looks like they just buffed my rear bumper took the money from GEICO and that is it. But I have life time guarantee where is it at and why was it not mentioned. I am schooled because they did my other vehicle and it was great. I am going to get lawyer and fight back. I will also make a sign and park on public roadway and warn other drivers to avoid them

A deer had knocked out my driver mirror. The auto shop got my car 11/10 and I didn’t get my car until 12/18. I had to call to get updates for the last two weeks. Documentation on their end was non-existent as no one seemed to know what was going on. The guy assigned to my car quit late November so a new guy was assigned. He had no idea what had been done so further repairs was delayed. Had to drive the day I got my car as my receipt was missing from paying deductible. Auto shop people said I HAD to go there. They misplaced my receipt so they had to reprint. Christmas Eve I got an aggressive call demanding I pay more. Was pressured to provide my card information even though I said I didn’t feel comfortable doing so. Told them I would call back and insurance confirmed correct amount that I would need to pay as well as letting them know I would call at a later date. They still called me to give card information over the phone. I spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on my car rental from 11/22 to 12/18. Found out on Better Business Bureau this company location is in the red. I appreciate the quality done but not how I was treated. Don’t come here!
