Brought my car in for a service check up and they didn’t give me any advice other than what I had spoon fed when I brought my car in. Then they charged me $155 to regurgitate what I had told them and didn’t even clean the car as promised. Afterwards, I went to Mercedes Benz dealership (in ATL) for second opinion and turns out half of what Hammersly told me was nonsense (because they went off of what I told them and I know little to nothing about cars). This place is a scammer lot seemingly on the verge of collapse while doing their best to work off their once reputable name. Avoid.

The power steering pump on my car needed to be replaced badly, the car wasn’t driving right. I’ve never gone to Hammersley before, but I’ve always driven past and noticed that they service very similar cars to mine. I have a 2004 E500. I came in without an appointment and they let me know that normally you have to schedule an appointment. They were super gracious and they diagnosed my car immediately even though they had a busy schedule. They did an excellent job fitting me into their schedule and fixing my car. They washed my car for me right before I picked it up and they can also shuttle you to and from their shop. Great shop, great people, I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Hammersley for auto repairs on any luxury foreign automobile. They have repair techs that are factory trained on each foreign brand. Hammersley did an excellent job in repairing my Volvo convertible hardtop. They gave me an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time, and they were finished with the repair in an hour. They washed my car, and noticed that I was overdue for a state inspection, which they performed in a few minutes at a charge of only $20.
