I had 4 brand new tire put on our 2008 Chrysler Aspen, adding up to over $1100.00. They damaged all 4 wheels on their balance machine! This was done by an inexperienced employee, they admitted to it! They said it an older car, & it’s wasn’t perfect. They don’t Care! They have a bad attitude towards the customer, they made the sale. Home town company that doesn’t care about the customer!

Purchased 4 new B F Goodrich tires 7/5/24 with request in work order “do not over torque lug nuts ..max 80 ft. Pounds..”. 1-2 months later break pedal pulsating when breaking in hot weather and/or heavy traffic. Lug nuts were found to be over torqued by up to 100 foot pounds. Retorqued by other than Harris and called Harris manager about overtorque and damaged chrome lug nuts by air gun hammering. He apologized and said installer no longer employed. At 5000 mile rotation 12/23/24 request same torque specifications etc. 1 week later car front end has vibration at or above 60 mph possible due to an out of balance tire rotated to front. Harris close on Saturday which is my day off so Saturday 1/4/25 I had lug nuts torque checked, after noticing more chrome damage from rotations. Lug nuts were found again to be torque at 100+ foot pounds. All wheels lug nuts were loosened and retorqued at 80 foot pounds. Unless something changes I may have to find someone who can properly install new tires without damaging chrome lug nuts and over torquing small vehicle lug nuts so that it doesn’t warp rotors when they get hot or break studs off.

Tried to give the small local joint a try and it just puts a bad taste in your mouth. They lied to my face, didn’t seal the tire correctly so I had to go back several times, and got my 1 year old bright white leather seat filthy. They don’t care about you or your vehicle. They only try to deny everything and say what ever they did wrong was like that when you gave it to them and they will 100% employ bad logic and lying to do so. Sigh.. It cost the same price to use the national chains, so if you don’t want garage filth/grossness in your car when you go to get new tires, go elsewhere because they don’t even bother to protect your car with the $0.10 seat covers.
