Good news is they had what I needed, bad news was it took 20 minutes to checkout; one associate was on the phone and the other went in the back looking for a part. If it wasn't for the convenient location I would have gone to Wal-Mart for the coolant I needed

I arrived at the location looking for a bulb for my car. Unfortunately the part was not in, but the gentleman looked up other locations nearby and let me know where I could purchase one. I really appreciate that, great customer service.

The employees at this store go above and beyond! I was at Sheetz and couldn't get my car to start; the battery was fine and I had just changed the oil. After some advice from passers-by, I walked over to Advance Auto Parts. I explained the problem to Dwayne, and he drove over to my car to look at it. He examined the car, figured out the problem, and offered to drive it back to the store and show me the right parts. Luckily, the problem righted itself just in time and I was able to drive home. Dwayne was extremely understanding and patient, I couldn't ask for better service.

Good job to the young man who installed my windshield wipers. And advised that I was using the wrong ones for over a year. Huge improvement...

I came in to buy air filters for my car. They only had expensive air filters in stock. Rob called to price match Auto Zones prices and sent me out the door with what I needed at the right price. I was stunned with the excellent customer service. I was also greeted twice on my way in the door.😀 I will defiantly be doing my business at this location in the future! Thanks Rob!

One of the easiest auto parts experiences in the area, i somehow keep getting the same employee when i come, maybe its timing. Small store, so usually they dont have what i need on hand for my weird cars, though they can usually get it faster than anybody else. Jeremy(mentioned above) has been helpful, polite, fast, knowledgeable, and has never used the computer system as an excuse. Great job staffing this store!

I had a battery that was dying. Mr. Gorham hooked up a machine to my car and found the problem right away! He answered all my questions about batteries that I had, picked out a battery suited to my satisfaction and installed a new one for me. My experience at Advance was perfect!

The GM who was there indicated the advance auto parts no longer test batteries after dark. I ended up going to a different advance auto parts who stated that this was not a policy they were aware of.

Two very helpful people. Female went into store back and pulled requested wipers (not on display) and put them aside as we continued to shop. Male (Dylan, sp?) put them on FREE as advertised AND politely refused a tip (when did THAT ever happen to you?) Then he asked us to test it. The Rain-X mid-price wiper on driver's side skipped over the center of sprayed windshield washer fluid, so he replaced it with a new one. That wiper had the same problem. He returned the 3rd time with the most expensive version which worked well. There was no additional charge for the more expensive version or the repeated service. This is service beyond just a smile. They really are "Ready in Advance."

Lady who claimed to be the manager was extremely confrontational and rude when I was just trying to exchange brake pads for a brake pad/rotor kit I was told about like 3 days ago. Hopefully I can return it at another location and just go to a different store. That was unnecessary.

Had a family friend walk in a she ask for a employee to look up the tail light for her vehicle and he said “I’m not a mechanic” The single thing your employed to do is to help look up parts for a customers vehicle so then I had to go to my job AutoZone and do it myself Whats the point of working there if you can’t do that ?

My vehicle broke down on RT 1 in front of the store. I came in to get a new battery as my alternator was not working and the new (charged) battery would allow me to get home. It took forever to check out due to the slow service of the people in front of me. When I checked out, I explained my situation and asked if they had an adjustable wrench I could borrow. The cashier said there's a box behind the battery jump cart that I could take what I need as long as I bring it back. Since there were only sockets, and I didn't know what size I needed (as it turns out I needed three different sizes) I just grabbed the ratchet and several likely sockets. The cashier then said I'm taking too much, she could let me take one ratchet and socket if I leave my drivers license. I was told that they offer a service to customers to replace their batteries and if I borrowed the tools they would not be able they would not have the tools to change a battery out. Mind you, I just purchased a $140 battery from them and I had an urgent need to change the battery (wife and 5 kids in the van on a 100 degree day is not a good combo). So I was not allowed to take a few tools to change my battery on the off chance that someone drove up and needed a few tools to change their battery. Needless to say I was frustrated and grabbed a $10 6" adjustable wrench (overpriced, but it's what they had) and changed the battery. I will actively endeavor to not use Advance Auto again, specifically this location.

I had an axillary battery replaced in my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the anticipation it would correct the three service lights appearing on my dash. I want to thank Michael C. as of now the lights are off. Keeping my fingers crossed this was the only issue. He was professional and courteous!

Nice enough people. Insisted that my alternator needed replacement. I explained why that didn't make sense and was told I was wrong by two different employees. I'm sure they did the best they could with the information they had, but there was no problem at all with the alternator. Frustrating experience. I understand they are not mechanics and are doing the best they can, but should maybe listen to the concerns of the customer a bit better instead of dismissing them outright.

Very bad experience. The cashier and staff inside the store don’t pay attention at all. When I asked for help, they said, “we can’t help, find it yourself.” What does that even mean? Your job is to help customers. Their attitude was rude and unprofessional.
