weekly updates stopped after first couple of weeks. Been two and a half months to fix a fender bender. Car was complete, but Caliber was holding it hostage over last insurance check of $300.00. Geico has shown proof of payment sent. Vehicle had numerous ecu and transmission errors when I picked the car up.

Really excellent service. Even after a minor overlooked error, they took the car in immediately and fixed it completely, no questions asked. And they were FAST. Lots of great communication. Honestly, there was virtually no flaw except the blinker lightbulb, which was corrected well beyond my satisfaction. I hope I don't need them again. But it's good to know they are there in case I do.

Grant Eubank was the "Customer Service Consultant" who handled everything regarding my repair work. He was excellent. He kept me well Informed and my repair was done in the time frame he told me it would be. He kept me informed while the work was progressing. The repair work was perfect. A large dent in the rear quarter panel and bumper damage. The truck was good as new when they finished. A very well equipped and professional shop. Paintwork was flawless. I would recommend to anyone. Even though the other party's insurance covered the repairs I thought the price they charged was very reasonable. Cali ber also handled ALL of the insurance paperwork.
