I went to the advance auto on S. New Hope today and the employee named Apache was the best employee help that I have ever received, he was so knowledgeable about everything I needed and took the time to help me with my perks and how to use them. I have been coming to this store and others, and I have never been so happy and pleased.. This guy is great and should be given a raise and the employee of the month. Quick friendly service, and a very helpful staff. This is definitely my go to location. As a tip, use one of the airline shopping extension or websites, look up advance, order online, then pick it up in store. You will usually going to get 15 to 20% off by buying your items online and picking them up in store; you will also grab airline miles, usually 2 to 3 times every dollar spent, just by using the online shopping site before shopping at advance auto parts.

After purchasing online at a different location for a part that was listed as in stock my order was cancelled without explanation. I called the store to find out that they did not have it in stock and proceeded to rudely hang up. My experience with the new hope location however was much different. They assured me that they did have the part and even honored my online coupon that was lost due to the cancellation and the staff was friendly and very helpful. This was all within their last hour of business as well. Thanks to Michael and Stephanie especially for being so courteous and helpful throughout the experience. Definitely the only advance auto parts location I will be using in the future.

The prices on the shelf didn't match what rang up at the register. When I mentioned it, they didn't seem interested. Also the parking lot resembles the surface of the moon. Giant holes everywhere. Go somewhere else.

I got a o2 sensor from here and didn't even open it i had to take it back and when I returned it they acted like i gave them a used part but i said come out put the ob2 on my car you will see it is still bad he took it back and returned the money to my card but he reversed and took the money back out right after I left the store and they are still not getting back to me after I had to get in touch with corporate and send proof of where they did. It To the response I will not be back until you give back my $91.84 that you're employee. Ricky H stole the from my bank account

I am so thankful and grateful for Robert at the New Hope location in RR, Tx. Without him, well let’s just say things would’ve gone very bad. He not only was able to solve my problem that corporate customer service couldn’t seem to handle. I wish I could review them as well they would get whatever can be lower than no star. Not even 1/2 of one. They gave me the run around over not being able to return a part that was $200 because of a damaged box. The part still brand new. So basically I would lose my money for a cardboard box. Again, never have I been handled so poorly by someone who is supposed to be the main customer service. But Robert saved my day without any hesitation. He had such an awesome attitude!! Guarantee when I need to go back to advance I won’t go to any other store but his. Thank you again sir!!

Simply Marvelous Customer Service was given to me by Brandon this morning at the Gastonia Advance Auto Parts Store #4130. My wife's vehicle was having difficulties starting and I drove it to Store #4130. Brandon kindly came out to check my car battery. Brandon was so informative, very descriptive, & let me use the store's tool to take out my battery & take it in the store to get it charged. I only had to wait 30 minutes and my battery was able to be charged. Brandon did inform me that my battery could need to be replaced and he gave me the cost for a new battery. Even though, I chose to reinstall my currently charged battery instead of buying a new battery, I will return to Advance Auto Parts #4130 due to Brandon's superb teaching, customer service, and automobile advice/expertise. Please let Brandon know that he has a returning customer to store #4130 due to his fantastic service. Brandon should be commended on his wonderfulness and kindness he showed me today!!!! 5+++++ stars and if I could give 10 stars, then it is due to this top notch customer service!!! The guy in the pics (Chris) was so friendly and did an awesome job for me. He found the right battery 🔋 for my vehicle and helped me out in picking the perfect windshield wipers for my ride. He's good at what he does and does it with enthusiasm frfr. Thanks for the help. I'd recommend this store to all my family and friends. He installed my battery and wipers 🆓 of charge :UPDATE:!!! I had to get more parts and some other installations done Darryl got on the job,, thank you 😁. Mr Snow checked me out and got all my parts squared away. Everyone at this location that I came in contact with deserves 5 🌟s!! Thanks for the excellent service

I am not sure where to start with the fantastic service my family and I received from this Advance Auto Parts! My wifes car was having some challenges. I showed up at Advance with my two kids and very stressed. Mike was super kind and patient and came out to the car to diagnose the issue. My very curious 7-year-old daughter asked him probably 500 questions about cars and he spent the time to patiently answer them (and honestly, I learned a lot too from hearing his answers!). Mike and my daughter then raced the wind up cars on the floor of the store. She had so much fun that she told me she was going to start leaving the light on in the car so our battery dies and we have to go back more often! Mike got us all set up with what we needed, but later that night we still had the issue. The other folks at the store later that day - Cameron and Skyler replaced the battery. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing and they never once made me feel rushed - and they replaced the battery for me. There are auto parts stores that are closer to my home than this one, but I can promise you that I will always drive the extra few minutes to THIS store just because of the amazing team here. Thank you to the manager (Ricky) for hiring such a great team here!

First and foremost the 2 gentlemen at your store, Rick and his assistant go above and beyond their duties to help and to give the best service to their customers. My Denali started giving me trouble when my wife and I went shopping at Sam’s . We then drove to Advance Auto on Ne Hope where Rick and his assistant helped get my SUV back to running perfect again. If it weren’t for the gentlemen at this store I would probably be stranded on the side of I-85 in this storm tonight. But because of Advance Auto associates my SUV WAS RESTORED back to working condition and we made it home safely.
