Our battery went bad we stopped there despite bc if we would have turned our car off it would not have started again.... A lady came out to put the reader on our car and when she comes out she automatically has an additude with me while flirting with my man. And the whole time she's acting like shes GODS gift to men bc she can hook a reader to the car but when it comes to reading what it said she had no idea and then said the battery was $300 we quickly left and went to Walmart which charged 200 for the battery and to install. Someine needs to teach this lady I control the financial part so u screwed urself lady avoid this place

If you need help finding a part, may I suggest you go to another location. I'll give them a little credit, they told me what aisle it was on, but my problem wasn't finding the aisle, it was the part I was trying to locate. I could even understand if the store was full of customers and it's feasible at the moment to assist me. I could've waited patiently for an asosssiate to become available, but there weren't any other customers that needed assistance. I don't think it is to much to ask for help finding a part from someone who works for an auto part store and are more knowledgeable about auto parts than I am, to help me locate the needed part, further than telling me an aisle number............Went to another auto part store and their associate came out to my car and told me exactly what part I needed and ordered it for me cause it wasn't in store. Thanked him and he said happy to help. Now I know to go there whenever I need help with finding any auto parts.

I wish customer service was as good as at this location, the people in this store are super nice, helpful and get the job done. I am so sorry that I didn't get the two gentlemen that helped me but they did what was necessary to fix my issue. I was in the store at about 4.30 on Tuesday may 4th. I would like both of these guys to be recognized and shown some kind of gratitude from the owner of this store. You are truly lucky to have hired these two employees. I will be sure when I have an issue I will spend my money in this store. Thanks again to these two guys, they went above and beyond

Left me on hold in the parking area for 15 minutes waiting for a pickup order, after which they hung up without a word. Had to send my husband in and he had to wait while the employees and the manager tried to fill our order...which was sitting on a shelf beside them the whole time. Thank goodness another employee clocked in and showed them where it was hiding in plain sight... really should make her the manager.

I'd like to thank the Advance Auto team here at this location. I have never had so many people all at once trying to figure out why my car is giving me issues. For every second I thought that with coming back repeatedly they were getting sick of me, they actually had so much patience and answers. Thank you guys for knowing your car parts.

I had a packaged delivered here. It was a new phone. I had a busy week so I waited till Monday to pick it up. An employee noticed the box was empty. We opened it and there were knife marks and different tape on the box. UPS did not steal the package as the manager said she scanned it in and felt the phone in the box. But she was being shady about it and didn’t come to help the cashier until after we noticed the phone was gone. Like whoever stole my phone must’ve needed it more than me. But don’t worry about it. Consider it a blessing. Have fun with a deactivated phone.

Horrible Customer Service I went to this Advance Auto Parts location because they advertise free battery checks, but they flat-out refused to help me. I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was. One employee—overweight, wearing glasses—was especially rude and dismissive. I won’t be coming back. If you value your time and respect, go elsewhere.

It’s frustrating when you drive cross town to get a simple part that they have in stock, but they lock their doors at 8:53 PM. What’s the point of advertising your closing is 9 PM? Just say you close when you feel like it.

I need a diagnostic done because my engine light was on. But Also needed my battery checked. Because it needed to be jumped, the other day. He said, 'it's just because it's been cold outside.' I told him it was on a warm day, that it happened. (And I never had my battery go dead, in the cold before.) There was a problem with my battery. I mentioned the engine light also so he just wanted to do that. He was busy so he, had one of the young ladies do the engine diagnostic. Told me to take a picture of the screen. Then she went back into the store. I followed her and asked what do I do now? She said take it to a technician. I said okay and thank you. I know that I could have gone to a mechanic. But I also know that a simple battery test, would have shown them; that my battery was weak. They could have sold me a battery right then! I was looking at your ad on line. Let it seem like you go over the diagnostic; with the customer and give them a printout. I went to another place. They did a diagnostic on the battery. I did need a new battery! It was pretty weak and it was flooded. That took care of the engine light. He dismissed what I was trying to say. Only did an engine diagnostic. I had to go by, two other places. I could have bought the battery from him. This second page was the only page that, she had me take a picture of. It looks like there were supposed to be three screenshots. So I didn't even see what their recommendation was. I didn't see the third page. Since she only showed me the second page. But I of course will also have a mechanic look at next week. But the very immediate thing was the battery. Since I had to go to work that afternoon.

This store has some fantastic employees that go above and beyond. Robert helped me return some wipers that did not fit my vehicle, then helped me find the right wipers that i needed and even checked with me a few mins afterwards to make sure they fit correctly. You dont get that ki d of service these days. He and his team take pride in making sure the customers are satisfied with their product. I was very happy with my purchase and their customer service. I will choose this store before going to any other parts store from now on.

Placed an online store pick up , for this location drive to the store pick up the battery and was told by a ROBERT that i could not have my battery installed because i did not purchase in their store. Viewed online and no where on website it stated that policy drove to bush river location explained to them the issue TWO helpful employees was able to help with no issues .
