I referred to Entity by one of my customers from my Job. Sherif gave me a descent estimate on price and time. He estimated the time around two hours. I got there at 8am he was finished with the car at 9:30 am. He change spark plugs , one coil and the seal on engine. His mechanisms was on point organized and very professional . I came across this place using Google reviews. Sherif is "chill" according to my son. My son is in college at USC and I live in Myrtle Beach. I had his 2007 Eclipse towed there because the starter was bad. I actually drove up there to look at it. I had replaced the starter myself last summer and didn't want to deal with it again. Sherif had it done super quick. He recommended an oil change while he had it and I didn't hit "send" on the payment (I later saw I didn't and sent it). I would recommend this shop to anyone. Sherif was casual and professional. You don't get much of that these days but it's very much appreciated.

I’m a 19 year old girl that goes to school at USC and im from out of state so when my engine broke I was really scared and came here sobbing and Sherif gave me a hug and helped me out. He gave me a discount on it as well. I’m here right now again because my battery died and Sherif is helping me out by replacing it and he gave me a discount on that as well. Great guy, great service, come here!! I recommended my sorority friends to come here as well with their car issues. It’s very scary being out of state and not having my mom or dad come to these car shops with me but he helped me out a lot. Definitely recommend!
