Lying fraudsters. They told me it would wake 8 weeks to get parts. I scheduled an appointment. Call back seven weeks later and they have no trace of my appointment—then tell me it might take another 6-12 weeks or up to 8 months, and blame on “their system”. Somebody screwed up—and they give me the run-around instead of admitting it.

Given the nature of the business, unfortunately I am a repeat customer, and I would not take my cars anywhere else. Every staff member in this shop is very knowledgeable and they help you find the silver lining and a laugh in the damage. They are honest, quick and efficient! Donnie went above and beyond for me by giving me a ride to Enterprise to get a rental vehicle when Enterprise gave me bad customer service. He even gave me his cell number in case I ran into problems.

Chris and the entire staff at Joe Hudson's did a great job on my car repairs after I filed a claim through my insurance company. They were patient and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They took their time on the repairs and were there when I had additional questions after the work was completed. I will definitely use Joe Hudson's the next time I need any body work (but hopefully not too soon!)

Disabled veteran dealing with local business. Found on website. Out of pocket expense. No insurance claim. Darnell was the rep who gave estimate. $2500. Plus my $350 rental car. Dropped vehicle on 15 July. Picked up 19 July. Two passenger doors and rear panel were repaired Picked up quick on lunch break. I thought was official. Got off work Friday evening and noticed my front door edges looking wavy, In addition both of door handles on passenger are not working properly after they reinstalled. Unable to utilize the push button lock and unlock mechanism. 2016 low miles 4 wheel ltz Tahoe isn't riding like this. Who is quality control at hudson? I did my part. Am I wrong to ask who covering my rental car when I have drop my truck back off on Monday 22 July to have this repair again? Everyone grinding out here 2024. I respect the numbers and business. I am very dissatisfied with this experience due to poor communication and an initial misdiagnosis. I had to repeatedly call for updates, as I was not proactively informed about the status of my vehicle. Although I advised from the start that the damage was accident-related, I was told it involved unrelated mechanical issues. It was later determined the actual problem was a damaged O2 sensor caused by the impact underneath my vehicle. Because this was not identified initially, I now have to file a supplemental claim for repairs that should have been handled during the original repair, resulting in unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

They under promise and over perform. They told me my repair would take at least two weeks if no other problems occurred. I had my vehicle back in 2 to 3 days. No problems and the paint looks great.
