The staff at this Goodyear is the absolute best I've ever encountered. They provide the best service and prices and service after the sale and went out of their way to find me the best priced tires and had them delivered for free to save me from driving across town. They are first rate!

Had an alignment done on my. Vehicle. After I receive my truck back . I checked it to find out the steering linkage nut was loose and locking pin was missing. This could have cause me loose control of my vehicle and have an accident. I'm really disappointed with this. I've been a diesel mechanic for over fifteen years and I've never seen such poor work performance. If I had the proper tools I would do it myself. All about the money!!

Passed the honesty test. I had a bad alignment issue, or so I thought. Tire pressure was out of whack. They filled the tires, checked a couple things and told me of something that may be an issue. No charge. Definitely coming here if there's an issue in the future. Thanks! Update, as of 20 Nov. Had an issue with a part they installed (faulty part). Due to the fact that I am now in VA and their warranty is at their shop only, they spoke to the shop up here and issued me a refund. Extremely helpful and I am even more impressed!

Went to this place a year ago had a radiator leak as I was leaving I was told by the technician that he broke the car handle off my car and he was sorry but he could not fix it I'd have to fix it on my own that was the first big problem second problem was after they put the radiator in which cost me over $600 the water continued to lower in my radiator and when told to look at it they said it was not their problem the card then was seized up on the road and my engine was shot thank you so much spring Valley Auto for helping me so much and being such a good business clientele

I was down in Columbia visiting my family from NC. My Volvo was having some significant issues. My brother lives in Columbia and recommended this shop. I walked in they treated me great right off the bat. Then I told that my brother sent me to them. They asked about my family. They were very cool. They did the work very quickly and very reasonably priced. They called me a few times as they worked on & fixed my car. They explained to me what the issues were and how much it would cost to fix them. There’s nothing better than a friendly, reasonably priced automotive shop that you can truly trust. I’ll drive down from Asheville to have my car serviced and fixed at Spring Valley Tire & Auto for here on out. Great shop!

Awesome place for vehicle services! I won't go anywhere else or recommend another place to anyone. Extremely professional staff, great service at a good price and they are honest about everything. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for almost a year now. We come here for all vehicle related questions and they've even referred us to other businesses they trust to do good work (i.e, paint, tint, etc) We brought a Jeep in that we bought for my daughter's first car and they did a complete inspection on it for us. We found it to be too much of a project for what it's worth based on their assessment. We took it back to the dealer and got our money back luckily. They saved us a very costly mistake and I am extremely thankful we can trust them to do that. Highly recommended for all your vehicle services or questions! These guys are the bee's knees!

I will never go anywhere else! 3 times in 6 months that we've had 2 of our cars here and the service was awesome. I appreciate the time they take to explain things. Prices are great! My son even had an estimate done somewhere else before we decided to try Spring Valley Goodyear and what he needed done was much cheaper here. Todd and Kevin are very friendly and helpful! Now I know why my dad always took our vehicles here when I was a teenager =)

I hit a pot hole on my way to my 4 year old's surgery. And got a flat tire. I appreciate the professionalism and sense of urgency of this goodyear. The hospitality was on par with that of the surgery center. My son was able to get his surgery and return home at the scheduled time. My family CANNOT thank this place enough.

I have been having both of my cars serviced here for several years. I took my new car in for it's first oil change in Nov 2025. Not long after that the plate under the engine came loose and was scrapping. This plate must be removed to do the oil change. I took the car back to the dealer and the examined the damage and said the plate was not secured properly after the oil change, causing the damage. I went to the Goodyear store in the manger said they were not going to pay for any damage, he was flip and rude, he said those plates fall off all the time. That company is not to be trusted with anyone's vehicle.

We just had a tire blowout and were able to make it to the shop. At first they didn’t think they had the tire we needed and were automatically calling other places- but then they found one in the back, gave us a great deal, and got it on in no time! Everyone was super friendly and had great attitudes, and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes! For something that could have been a very stressful situation, it was actually a super pleasant one! Highly recommend!
