Had my company truck brought there. It has run out of gas and wouldn't start after. I've been around long enough to know something easy was the fix. I.e fuel filter etc. So new fuel pump and 2000 dollars later there was ,of coarse water in the line. Go figure. Rip off mudder fudders

I took my Chevy 2500HD to 3 Men Auto Service to have my ABS brake light checked and was concerned because my brake pedal was soft. I was quoted $1900 plus tax to repair 3 parts to my brake system, Master Cylinder, Brake booster and (two parts) for the ABS system. After paying $1800 plus tax, I found that my brake pedal was still the same.The ABS sensor did go off but I was told that Chevy's have a "soft pedal." After looking at my brake system and talking to other mechanics, I found that two of the parts were NOT replaced!! And while looking online, I found that I was up charged several hundred dollars for each part, with minimal payment for labor. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. I don't believe I would even take a kid's bicycle in to have work done. I ended up having to replace the Master Cylinder and Brake Booster myself. I also had to fix the brake line they left loose from changing the ABS. I am fairly knowledgeable about most vehicle repairs. I trusted this company to fix my truck because I was worried about working on an ABS braking system. Never again will I take my truck to these 3 guys.

Too expensive. Unable to get my car fixed. Another mechanic told me it should have cost no more than $700 to fix car and they were STARTING at $900. I realize labor isn't cheap but to charge a senior citizen that kind of money is crazy. The guys were polite but the price was too high.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday. Was assured the vehicle would be ready for pickup Friday. No phone call to let me know it would not be ready. Not until I called after lunch on Friday was I informed the vehicle had not been touched and wouldn’t be ready until the following Monday. No apology or concern expressed by management. Acted like they really didn’t care.

I purchased some tires from a local tire store. I also asked for an alignment. During the checkout process I was informed that my vehicle needed some work before the alignment could be done. The cost of the work was over $2000 dollars. I wanted a second opinion and took my vehicle to 3 Man Auto Service. They looked at my vehicle and told me it was fine. They did my alignment without any additional repairs. At was grateful and felt good about them. It’s extremely difficult to find honest auto technicians. They will get all of my work in the future.

I heard some squeaking from my vehicle (which I thought meant it was time for new brakes). I was referred to 3 Man Auto by a friend of mine and they took my car out for a drive and inspected it and found my brakes to still have plenty of life. There was no charge for any of the time they put in to checking out my vehicle which was very surprising but greatly appreciated. I will for sure return to this shop when it is time for news brakes as well as for any other car maintenance need's. Great customer service!

After doing research on not only my vehicle but also in search of a NAPA auto repair center, I came across 3 Man Auto Service. Shortly after reading reviews and checking the hours of operation, I took my car in the next day to get serviced. . . . Took my 2017 Ford Escape in for check engine light on and found out I Needed a new Motor. After a couple of weeks I had taken several cars in for 3 Man Auto to check out for me before I made a purchase. When I say Mark and his team took care of me and advised me on what to look for and when to RUN. Finally took in a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and Mark was so shocked to find nothing wrong and advised me this was a good one Finally! Bought the Hyundai and took it initially to Hyundai for a recall and also an oil change just to register the vehicle had been taken to Hyundai for CarFax. My ABS light came on so took back to Hyundai and they fixed it and advised me I needed 5 issues fixed, so got an estimate over $1400.00 and went right over to Mark and his crew @ 3 Man Auto and when I tell you they were like you only need your belt changed everything else was fine. What I truly appreciated was the mechanic came over to me and was so honest and said they couldn't take money from me for repairs not needed at that time. After a Belt repair of $175.00 I was back on the road and man I can feel the difference in the way the car drives. took the car and bought the team lunch (Pizza). They saved me from Hyundai and over $1400.00 in repairs!!! This is my Spot: 3 Man Auto Service
