They were super nice, they were very respectful. But they would also 100% overcharge you for stuff. I saved over $1,000 going somewhere else getting the exact same customer service. I am sure they have fantastic technicians, everyone seem to know what they were talking about. All I am saying is, I would call at least three places before you decide. They will definitely overcharge.

TL;DR - A long-trusted and dependable shop is no longer trustworthy or dependable. Avoid at all costs. After 15 years of servicing my family's cars at Nuttall's and at least nine sets of new tires, I'm searching for a new shop. Even after a less than great experience last time replacing wheel bearings, I went in today for a straightforward rotate and balance. Everyone deserves a little grace. I was there when they opened and among the first batch of cars taken in for service. After an hour, a guy I've never seen before came in to the waiting room and called my wife's name. No biggie, the account has us both listed. I walked up to him and he asked me to confirm it was my car. Yep, that's mine. He proceeded to tell me that all four of my tires were "practically bald" and that they needed to be replaced. The tires, Michelins, are a little past half of their tread life -- far from bald. While I stood there in stunned silence, he proceeded to say if I wanted to replace them, he could do it today... with a set of Uniroyals. I told him they weren't bald and that I wouldn't be replacing them and asked if they had balanced and aligned them. He said no, and that they might be too far gone but they could try to do it. When I questioned why I had been sitting there for an hour only to hear they hadn't done anything, he said well we were doing the oil change service. Nope, I didn't request an oil change service. Oh, maybe that was another car, he replied. And maybe the bald tires were another car, too, I thought. All I said was, "you're not inspiring a lot of confidence today" and asked him to bring my car around front. I left. And I will never return. Did he see my wife's name on the ticket, and think he had an easy path to unloading a set of Uniroyal tires? Did he really think they couldn't balance my tires? Was he confused, or being completely dishonest? You might be able to argue either side, but if it looks and smells like a tire fire, it probably is. Sadly, I can't trust them anymore. Avoid at all costs. Two stars because they were good for so long before Midas bought them out.

Midas on bush river rd have people who work there that still out of your car and they service is not good at all I had to pay Midas twice for one service I asked for a cooling system for my truck and buy looking at what work they did was not receive, buy the time I got home from Midas about miles to my house my truck was running hot, so it had to go back and that when I noticed that a good bit of my personality stuff was missing so I guess if you take your car to midas on bush river rd take pictures of what in your vehicle. I have used midas for years for both of my vehicles and now I have two fine anew auto repair shop. Thank for the stilling service

From start to finish, Sara went above and beyond for me! She not only answered every single one of my questions, but also made sure I was fully informed throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent!! I always knew what was happening with my vehicle, what to expect next, and when I'd have it back. Sara genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of and went the extra mile to get our vehicle back to us as quickly as possible (which is important with an impatient toddler waiting with me) But she did so without sacrificing quality or honesty. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with true compassion for their customers, but she absolutely does. If you want to feel confident, informed, and valued as a customer, ask for Sara!!! She’s the reason we’ll be returning to Midas!

Thank you guys so much! Cody and Weston were absolutely amazing! I had an issue with finding a shop that could do an alignment on my truck on a Saturday. Having 26” wheels I’m very limited to where I can go. I gave Cody a call and he got me in super quick! I highly recommend these guys! They are very honest and genuine people who definitely deserve your business! I came 40 minutes from Lugoff and would do it well over again!

Cannot recommend Nuttall enough! I was recommended to go here for a leveling kit. I called late on a Friday evening to make an appointment. Jeremy gave me a quote (very affordable) and ordered parts right away. They received the parts and had an opening the following Tuesday. An alignment was done as well as balancing my tires. There was some additional work that was necessary. Cody called me before performing to make sure I was okay with moving forward. Towards the end of the day Cody called and gave me an update that they were finishing up. I wasn't able to make it back before they closed, they allowed me to pay over the phone and arranged for me to pick it up. I will be returning for future work! ETA: I came back to Nuttall to put a lift on and also new rim and tires. I think their prices are fair, probably not the cheapest in town but they are trustworthy so I have no problem paying it. My alignment was off after the work, I came back and they got me right in. They worked on it non-stop for probably about 2 hours until it was better. They did not charge me and told me to come back if I have any other issues. I still highly recommend them and trust their work and suggestions! See new updated photos :)

I’ll spare the details of all that was involved in my Tacoma’s down-to-the-rim flat tire after running over a nail yesterday , but the truly remarkable response to help me by the entire team at Midas leaves going “above and beyond” in the dust! In a day and age where customer service seems to be lacking at every turn, Midas was 5-star from the moment they received my first phone call (“PLEASE HELP!”) until they had me back out on the road in a remarkably short period of time. Every single person I encountered during what I thought was going to be disastrous afternoon was as friendly, knowledgeable, and “on top of it“ as could possibly be!! Thank you Midas! You did indeed go FAR “above and beyond” to help this 64-year old. You have earned a customer for life!!!

It started with an oil change since my normal mechanic was busy & it quickly blossomed into becoming my one stop shop for my all cars. They were flexible with my schedule, kind & courteous. I have done business with Nuttall Tires for 15 years and they always were great to work with. I always felt they were honest and did a great job. Midas is not Nuttalls. I took my daughters care in for a break job. The person who I spoke with had little to no experience in the business. He called me back with a $4200 estimate for front brakes. I told him to put the car back together and would come to pick it up. Do not take your car to them for anything. They bought the Nuttall name but not the Nuttall integrity.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Chaz and the folks at Two Notch, y'all truly are Great. My wife ran over something with her can and then heard a grinding sound, she called me in tears and a navigated her to your location. I called and spoke with Chaz asking if he could have a look and he was so kind with her and they took her car right in and put it on the lift. My sister recommended me here, Specifically said "Go here and when you do, make sure to ask for Sara, she is the best" My sister was right, Sara, hands down, was absolutely amazing!!!! I went there for an oil change, filters, and tires. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, Sara was on it! She was so patient because I definitely overly explained what I needed 😂 but Sara made the whole process super easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through all the tire options, AND helped me find the best deal on tires that fit my budget without sacrificing quality. She even made sure I understood exactly what they were doing, how long it would take, and kept me updated the entire time during the work on my car. Everything was quick, thorough, and stress-free. My car runs beautifully, smells brand new with the cabin air filter replacement, and the tires feel amazing on the road. 10/10 experience all around!!!
