I bought a battery from this store 12 days a go. Has to get a jump twice. I put the car in the shop to see what was going wrong. They said bad battery. Went back to this store they have no battery and can't return my money. You can get a new battery from some other store. But we can't call them. Now go to any Walmart that may have one, you have a few days to do this. DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM WALMART. Bad place to shop.

Customer service very sorry in the tire center. Got there at 3pm. Told me they had two cars in front of me and I could not get a tire put on. So I told the manager which told me this . I dont understand why. The guys outside just walking around doing nothing. Then he said they dont take cars after 3 for tires. After that he got someone to go get my car and put the tire on. At 5 I check out and he is taking more cara in for tires. What happen to the cut off at 3pm. Very sorry manager.

Wasn't the best experience I've had getting an oil change. Took an hour and a half to get it done and the guy doing it didn't seem to know what he was doing. But was able to get a nice half gallon of antifreeze radiator fluid in an oil change a new filter.

I had one tire replaced. The rest of the tires had white letters showing. They put the new one on black wall out. The reason the tire had to be replaced to begin with was because two different times I took my truck to Walmart in Sumter and then in Hartsville to get tires rotated and balanced and those two different times they did nothing. My truck finally rides good but I am going somewhere else to have that tire turned around

Does not seem to be open on Sundays. The hours are not listed correctly. We showed up at 8am on Sunday hoping to get a slow tire leak fixed and the door was locked and lights were off in the shop. Hours on the door said open at 7am on Sundays.

I ordered tires which was the wrong size left them at the store and it’s been a hassle since June 20th to get them returned so I can get my money placed back on my affirm! I will never recommend tires unless you’re very sure!

These guys are real rip off artists. For the first time I went and got tires at Walmart they really showed me who they are. The tires that I bought we're goodyear and that was the only thing good here. Unfortunately the tires blew after a week because of a pothole. I tried to call and see if I could have them replaced since it was only a week in between and they said there was nothing that they could do because I didn't purchase a road hazard insurance that I didn't even know existed because they didn't tell me about it. It's better this way anyway cuz I didn't balance my tires worth a s*** to begin with.

Do not take your vehicle here, unless you want to wait a long time. I have taken my cars there many times with no problems. The last two times, I ended taking them to another company to get the oil changed. I got there at the scheduled open time, had to wait for a manager to unlock the doors. Once the doors are opened, I am told they can't do any work until a second technician is there. I wait some more. After 30 minutes, I ask when another technician will be there, I am informed there should be one at 10 am. Same thing last two visits. If you post a opening time, you would think they would have employees scheduled to work during open hours. Also, for such a long time, the premium oil changes included a floor vacuuming, then they stopped. Even though , at the time, it was posted with the price. They would write on the receipt, customer declined. When I asked about it, they said the machine was broken. This deception went on for months before they finally removed it from the services board. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. They other shop I ended up at, took me in without appointments, and did the oil change very quickly. Don't use this store's auto care.

I showed up to this location at 4:30pm on Monday. It is 6 and I’m still waiting on an oil change. The tech decided to stop my 20 minute oil change to work on someone else’s car. Rather than finishing my short job first. Unprofessional and no regard or respect for the customer’s time.

Just left the auto center to get some tires installed. The manager took his sweet time over an hour to write up my car so the work order to be completed. I left after waiting for over an hour . There was zero vehicles in front of me as I waited patiently. The general store manager was just as bad and refused to answer the phone so that I could voice my concerns. I would not only refuse to get my car serviced here ever again but I would also recommend anyone who values their time and dignity to not spend your hard earned money here unless you don't mind the disrespect and unappreciation as a customer. It's an insult just to walk in this store.

Showed up for a 7:30 appointment no one was there and the doors was closed. Walked around to the front entrance found a gentleman that was working in the department and he said that "There had to be two people working in the area and didn't know if anyone else would show up. Waited 30 minutes and decided to leave.

Everyone knows how the customer service at Walmart can be. But 1 special customer service rep in the Auto Department named Robbie is the best. She was very polite, informative, and helpful. All the years I shopped at Walmart and never got the great experience until I met her. Thanks, Robbie and Walmart needs to give you a kudos raise....

Called to see if a tire was in stock, they told me they have 3 different brands available in my size, I arrive 10 mins later and they don't have any because the person answering the phone just uses an iPad to check Inventory and is too lazy to get up and verify if they actually have the tire

I called before I came which was at 712am. I got there at around 725 waited patiently then I called letting them know I was outside. She told me she would get someone out there. Now it’s 745 and I’m confused so I called again Jay answered the phone half sleep and probably lied about his name ! Yawning all in the phone when he’s trying to give me answers to questions! Very unprofessional I ended up leaving because he didn’t know where his manager was to open the gate…

I was turned away due to a new rule they put in place that states if they have to do anything special to your car they will not service you. I got an oil change from the Walmart in west Columbia and I did not have that issue. The only thing they had to do “special” to my car was give it gas when they turn it on. They said that because so many people have returned to them with issues after getting serviced and supposedly they had the issues before being serviced. So basically if your car is not in perfect condition you will be turned away. The workers did not have an attitude about it but apparently the manager did as he yelled at the associate that tried to get permission to service my car. Instead of turning away business why not make people sign a waiver so the mechanics/auto center aren’t liable for damages they couldn’t have caused. I pleaded with them and asked if I could start the car myself and pull it to the designated area, but they said for insurance reasons I couldn’t. Mind you I only had to pull up about 10 feet. Very disappointed. I just wanted to get a reasonably priced oil change.

If you enjoy wastingyour time , and watching mechanics walk around like the walking dead, and not to mention showing up at an appointment 10 minutes early to wait 15 more minutes for someone to show up for work…. If this is what you’re looking for, get your vehicle serviced here! I sat for 2 hour watching my car sit in the bay untouched while the 2 techs just wondered around like the walking dead zombies, then 1 had the nerve to go to the front of the store and get 2 pizzas from subway and do more Lollygagging around the shop! Oh but here is the kicker at that 1 hour and 55 minute mark I'm am still the first and only vehicle to enter the shop and “ha” one of the techs finally picks up a tool and tries to take off my oil filter and tells me after 2 hours he can't take it of because its too tight….. After 2 hours of nothing man Walmart should just turn auto care center into a parking garage for people with disabilities! Long story short save yourself the headache, don't come here for any auto care!

My sibling dropped off her car around 9am (after waiting almost 2 hours in line for the place to open) to get her tire fixed. No one called her back for 5 hours. Customer service said to just go and see if they are already done. I drive her over there, and we see her tire is still flat! She goes in and the person at the front claims that her name was never in the system, even though she had signed her name and left her whole car and keys with them. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!!

Called over there to see if they had 4 new tires for my car. I received confirmation that they did, and was quoted a price. The appointment was at 3, but was told that I could come in earlier. Went over there and waited for 4 HOURS and not only did they say they didn't have the tires they confirmed they had, when they finally got around to touching my car, they didn't even know how to take the plastic hub caps off. They seriously thought the plastic bolts were real and said they didn't have a tool big enough to remove them so they would have to break them off. Mind you, I got them over at Walmart and they're hard plastic/silver alloy hubcaps. They wanted me to sign a waiver so if they ended up being broken when removed, they wouldn't be liable. How incompetent can you be? Just pop the cap off. Not that hard. Never coming back here again. Find some place better to go to.
