Great work on the body damage. Absolutely no complaints there. After taking the car home discovered both headlights were not functioning. Spoke to Caliber about it who stated " they were working when it left here ". Yesterday while getting an oil change. Were informed coolant reservoir would not hold fluid and was cracked. Will be filing another claim with insurance today.

Whoever does the hiring needs to be fired the painters are garbage the repairers are awful the only saving grace is Ms. Diane who had to get me a rental because they had my car for 7 weeks. I only had damage to one side of my car. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Killian Rd Location - Great communication! I took my suv to Caliber for repairs and paint. I was worried about the paint because my vehicle is a unique color that changes. The color match was perfect. My vehicle was ready 2 weeks before the date the system generated. I received an update from Teddy every step of the way. The best part was I was able to leave the rental there when I picked my vehicle up.

I got into a fairly minor fender bender resulting in my 2018 Corolla needing its fender, front bumper, and passenger side headlight housing to be replaced. It took an entire month and two failed release attempts to get my vehicle issues sorted, I dropped my car off on the first of July and got it back on the 31st. On the first intended pick up the panels were clearly misaligned but they said they would keep the car and winded up doing the fender again with an OEM part rather than aftermarket. Upon attempting to pick up the vehicle for a second time the fitment the panels were still off so they once again kept the vehicle and replaced the headlight housing for a second time, also swapping the aftermarket part for an OEM part. They claimed to have calibrated the pre collision sensor twice but it’s still malfunctioning due to the bumper being replaced. I don’t understand how such minor damage took so long to resolve and why the fit is still subpar. They also failed to update enterprise on my behalf resulting in them literally threatening to repossess thier car. Taylor was professional and solution oriented but the quality of service is very poor in my opinion. I’ve had cars repaired before and the repairs were speedy and undetectable, my experience with caliber collision was terrible and I could never recommend anyone choose this location.

I had a dent on my vehicle due to a hit and run. I wish I had a picture of the before. My insurance chose CC for me and I’m glad they did. They were really professional, friendly and knowledgeable of everything. My service advisor Michael is or was the best he kept me informed on everything from insurance acceptance, even got my consent before doing what they had to do. I mean, I got nothing bad to say about them. They did a great job on my vehicle and it looked just like how it was when I first got it from the dealership. Thank you so much for the wonderful job.
