Just this past year December, I took my car in for an alignment at Mavis Tires on Clemson Road, and the experience was excellent. The customer service representative, Chealtsy, was very professional and thorough in making sure everything was properly checked. Although it was noted that all four tires could eventually need replacement, unlike other shops that insist on mandatory tire changes, Mavis Tires found a practical solution by rearranging the tires. This improved my alignment efficiency from about 50% to nearly 90%, along with a clear recommendation and disclaimer. Overall, the service was honest, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

I came here upon seeing the reviews of Mr Leroy and his reported helpfulness, and it did not disappoint. He'll let you know whats offered and make suggestions, but its always made very clear the decisions are up to you. He's also a great conversationalist and very amiable. I would come again not just for the valuable service but also the character of Leroy himself. Highly recommend!

Great experience todaym walked in with out an appointment. Got my oil changed, everything looked at and inspected and a quote to go for June's preventative maintenance for shocks, struts and some bar parts. I was greeted and felt welcome the whole time. I had the pleasure of meeting Chealtsy and Mr. Leroy. They welcomed me and provided the best customer service ever. I was offered to relax in Chealtsy's office while my brakes were being replaced because I was exhausted. Mr. Leroy kept me updated on the time it was going to take and it wasn't long before my car was pulled around. The tech who worked on my vehicle was also very nice. The price was very reasonable. I haven't had any issues and I'm very grateful. My overall experience here was next to none. Thank you for showing how amazing customer service is supposed to be done. I'll be back.

I went in late Saturday afternoon to get my shocks and struts done on my car. I was greeted by the lovely Russel, Mr. Leroy, and manager Chelsea. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and overall amazing people that made me feel welcomed. I had called ahead of time and Russel went ahead and ordered the parts so there was no delay in starting on my vehicle when I arrived. I also wanted to thank Cecil for working on my car. Russel took me back to the shop to show me the damage on my existing shocks and struts and Cecil worked hard in replacing them. They also took great care in aligning my vehicle. After receiving my car back, it feels like I’m driving on a cloud. I absolutely love it and appreciate the hard work, kind words, and welcoming environment. This is my favorite location (Clemson Rd) to get my car serviced and I definitely will be coming back. They were fast, reliable, and had the amazing prices to match. The lobby was clean, smelled great, and the bathroom matched in cleanliness. Thanks to their amazing management, customer service, and knowledge, I trust that my car will continue getting me to my destination safely.

Mr. Leroy was very knowledgeable. I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire today. I came in because I had a nail in my tire, and the team took the time to inspect it thoroughly instead of just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. They were honest, professional, and explained that the nail hadn’t gone all the way through the tire, so it wasn’t necessary to replace it. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact that they didn’t pressure me into unnecessary work. Customer service like that goes a long way. Quick service, knowledgeable staff, and honest advice — I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire needs.

As always, service, price and quality were great. Mr. Leroy and Chealtsy are the best, very friendly and professional! However, repair technician need to cover their work footwear or put down a cover on the vehicle floor mats. My driver side floor mat appeared to be very dirty/dusty and but after I tried to clean it, it wouldn’t come clean, it may be oil based, not happy about that but I will definitely return for my future service needs!
