Started taking my 2017 Infinity to Hilliard when service at the local Infinity dealership got so bad. It developed a rattle in the rear and the brakes were pulsating and grinding. Hilliard did a thorough assessment and recommended replacing the rear shocks, stabilizers, tires and front brakes. It cost me a couple grand but it drives and rides like it did when it was brand new. Thankful for the guys at Hilliard and their expertise and kind service.

The best Automotive shop I’ve ever been to. They were affordable and fast. We were there all day and the owners were very welcoming, we talked with them for hours, they allowed us to watch whatever on the tv, and allowed our dog to be inside. The place was very clean especially the bathrooms!

I was traveling with the pup and my AC was barely cold enough to keep her cool in the car. I was hoping it was just a recharge. Which it was. They had me charged up in under an hour. They were also very hospitable and gave Nora my pup water as we waited. It's hard to find trustworthy businesses these days and I feel this place is trustworthy. Keep up the good work guys!

We were heading to Myrtle Beach, SC from Chicago for Easter 2025 when the radiator began overheating. Despite the situation, we were blessed for the car to have broken down in Columbia, SC because Columbia turned out to be a nice town with a GREAT auto shop. Chris said he'd do his best to get the car diagnosed ASAP and get the car fixed that day (Friday before Easter) because the shop would be closed for the weekend, and we had told him that we were traveling. Another shop may have taken advantage of us financially or not empathized with our situation. Hilliard Automotive not only diagnosed and fixed our car that day, but the price was more than fair (I checked around) and the car got us back home no problem! Fair, honest, competent, and professional.

Hilliard's has taken care of my 2005 Corolla and 2006 Camry for close to 15 years and always with excellent results. I was totally delighted when I called to schedule a routine oil change and was told I could come in two days later, no waiting for several weeks, as new mechanics had been hired. The redecorated interior was like waiting in a professional office and the incredible salt water fish tank, coffee bar and snack service made me want to hang out even after the car was finished. Austin and Chris are knowledgeable about older cars which was very reassuring. My car was ready in no time and I'm already looking forward to when I have to return just so I can enjoy the environment!

Chris and Alex serviced my vehicle quickly and efficiently. I brought it in for suspension diagnostic and they fixed that within a few hours. While waiting my daughter got to see the coolest fish tank while i sipped on coca-cola. They raise the bar on customer service. Their bathroom was also top notch. I mean I have been to car dealerships and automotive repair shops that their bathrooms were filthy. BUT not at Hilliard. All in all I will be back in a few weeks to get my 2018 Orange Subaru repaired, can't wait to see what they do! We love Hilliard Automotive!

After going to several other places in the area I was pleasantly surprised to hear someone do it for an affordable price ( brakes change : pads rotor cylinder and drum).They actually came in under price near 400 dollars what I was quoted elsewhere. The service is fast and friendly and I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of or price gouged because of my limited knowledge. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here from now on. I waited a few weeks from my service date for this review and everything is running smoothly.

I met with Austin and Chris recently as I am a vendor of theirs already - but today found myself being a customer as well. I’ve been in the facility many times and have seen how well they treat their customers and being a vendor on the “back end” get to see how the real business side of this place works. I was making calls in the area and noticed an oil smell and light smoke of oil burning off the exhaust. I went in to see Austin and they got me in almost right away. It turned out to be a very simple repair but now I know, firsthand, that the services I have seen them offering before are consistent and fair. If you need anything car related; tires, oil changes, brakes, alignment - whatever, this is absolutely the place to go!

These guys are amazing! U had a bolt in my tire. I stopped in on my way to work to see if they could repair it on my lunch break. They fixed it in under 10 min!!! I was able to make it to work on time and still have my lunch break to get other tasks done I had already planned! I highly recommend!

The shop overall is friendly, clean, and responsive and their work was fast. However I feel their price was pretty steep considering I had just had a valve cover gasket replacement. The valve cover gasket for this particular instance is typically between 20 to maybe 50 at the very high end. The time to replace should take less than two hours to do. So don't give me wrong. I realize every business has to make money and there's a reasonable amount to be made but I feel for the price of the gasket their labor rates are way on the upper end for what this was and comparable to the dealership. Ultimately, it's my fault for not calling around and getting various quotes. In the past I've used Hilliard automotive and thought his price was fair and the work was quality. I just haven't been there in several years. I was told Randy Hilliard no longer owns the shop and sold it to the guys that are running it. They do a good job however, price wise I feel they're very much on the higher end and in my opinion was compared to calling around after was very much on the expensive side.

Five stars for this shop. They provided honest feedback on my 2014 Kia Sorento which resulted in less money spent in their shop, but a better outcome for me. Because of this, and the work the team did put in, I was able to obtain the full estimated trade-in value on my vehicle, instead of sinking more money into an unreliable automobile. Super responsive and personable team, too.
