we had a reservation for an UHAUL - they didn't open on time.... After waiting 30 mins with other renters - we called the UHAUL number - the tire co was not answering their phone(s). They said this location always has issues at the office - and that the regional manager would be calling the owner - we left and had to call the shop and workers lined up to cancel the move - we went to lunch and picked up some groceries and came back by about 90 minutes later from our reservation time - the other couple was then just pulling out in their truck!! They had to wait around in the SC summer heat for over an hour to get their rental truck - wow. I tried to speak with the worker who just kept sayin I can't hear you - childish!

Open at 9am, guy didn't show up until 10am, he did have rim or tire, went somewhere else to get the rim, he took him forever to come back. The rim he brought back was rusted. He charge me $120 a used tire that wasn't worth $125and $45 for a rusted rim. Didnt leave the shop til 2pm. Not good service or management.

Do not go through this location for your U-Haul needs!! I was scammed and was never able to even contact the owner to get it sorted. Even with all the pictures I had I was not able to get my money back. I was over charged on miles and gas! Unacceptable!!

They lied about the time estimate ... Took a whole hour just to get a tire changed was told it'll be 30 minutes after being told he had the tires at the store. What a waste of time. I should've went to the Hispanics/Latinos.

They were amazing! Had to get the car towed, couldn’t tell him what tire I had on the car because it was my daughters. He just said he’d take of it, not to worry. And he sure did! The car was ready in an hour and the price was fantastic. It was an absolute pleasure working these gentlemen. I would recommend True Tires and Brakes to everyone!! They made what could’ve been a horrible day much better for me and I’m blessed I found them.

Easiest tire shop experience I’ve ever had. Called 2 minutes ahead of time, was told the price was $25, patched my tire in <15 mins, and they charged me $25. Place around the corner was doing it for $65. And great customer service. Come here.

We literally just bought a tire from here and it blew after 5 minutes of driving. We waited 45 minutes for the tire to be put on and currently waiting on the side of the road for them to bring a new tire. This is ridiculous. Only good thing about this place is that the employees were kind, prices are decent, and that they are bringing another tire.

Absolutely the best Tire Shop I have ever been to in Columbia. The service is excellent and the owner is very professional. I needed all 4 tires on my car but only had enough money for two at the moment! But I was able to leave with 4 brand new tires due to the payment plan option that is available if you’re approved. I can’t explain how grateful I am to have came across this establishment and being able to pay off the cost of my tires weekly. 10/10 I highly recommend!

I was recommended to True Tires for a new set of tires and Blair and his team not only had me back on the road quickly, but made the usual wait time I've experienced elsewhere fly by thanks to amazing customer service and a relaxed atmosphere. Service was so good, I brought my husband and Father's cars back for service the next two days. Can't beat good customer service with pricing options that won't break the bank.
