Someone hit my car, while it was parked...That being said, I'm sure they were drunk which is why they kept going. Jimmy Rivers took my insurance...wonderful, who doesn't take Allstate. They took forever with my truck and said they had to keep ordering this or that and it was all on back order. It is a Toyota Tundra...pretty common truck. I sure am glad they kept me informed of all of this as the process went on and on. Unfortunately, they never bothered to pick up the phone to tell me this, they only told me when I called them. They were such a pain to deal with, I felt like I was getting the standard line they tell everyone, and now I have a loose bracket somewhere where they were working and I don't know whether to use their warranty or not because I don't know if I'll ever get my truck back, especially in one piece.

I am very impressed with Jimmy Rivers Body Shop! I had to have the back passenger side fixed on my Santa Fe and they had it done in a week. They kept me informed of the progress and held to the date that it was to be completed. Very courteous and helpful. The truck looked brand new when I got it back. Thank you Jimmy Rivers!

RACISIT. DO NOT GO. My vehicle was hit on the driver's side in the middle of traffic while both of my kids were in the car. We were forced to hop a curb and ran in to a sign. Aside from taking months to get an appointment. I waited for a good 20 minutes. The inspector who was rude from the beginning looks at the car and tells me to wait inside. He comes back in after another 20 minutes and says he will email the estimate so I don't have to wait. I never get the estimate. I call today and am told Gerber didn't see how some of the damage pointed out could be related to the accident. Although I had already given my statement to AAA and it was unwavering. I drive a Mercedes CLA 250 and the look of shock on the employee's face when we initially walked out told me everything I needed to know about how this interaction would go and I was correct.

I would highly recommend Jimmy Rivers Body Shop. They had my car looking and operating like it was brand new. I drive a 2014 Tahoe and I’m very meticulous about my vehicle. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the entire process very professionally and explained everything thoroughly. This shop also has competitive prices and I will be using them for any bodywork and for my family’s needs going forward. Everyone there was very helpful and the customer service was top notch.

This company Took my car, promised to make repairs, billed my insurance for those repairs & those repairs weren’t completely done. When I went to recover my car, it was infested with ants and they are still there today. They sprayed a chemical in my car to get rid of the ants and then called the police and forced me off the premises. I do not recommend this company. Zero stars if I could.

Called to have my vehicle repaired here after an accident. They told me to have my car towed there the next morning. I did, and when tow truck got there, they told the tow truck driver that he could not leave my car there and sent him away.

Great service. Very professional, friendly, and honest. My wife had an unfortunate wildlife encounter in her BMW 430i convertible. Low speed, but serious grill, headlamp, and hood damage. I chose Jimmy Rivers because they were a Geico verified shop. From the minute I walked in the door, I knew I had made the right choice. I was early for my appointment, but it still took less than twenty minutes for me to check in, get an initial evaluation, and a rental car. Before I got home that evening I had an estimate and an expected ready date. Obviously, I had insurance so the estimate was mostly irrelevant to me, I was just interested in the timing. I was told that the car should be ready in one week, starting the following morning. I was impressed considering the make/model of the car and the damage. A day or so later I called to ask about repairing a couple of non accident dings while the car was there. I was given a very fair estimate, and I was assured that the additional work would not impact the original timeline. On the exact day promise I received a call informing me that my wife's car was ready. We picked the car up the next morning. The repairs were perfect. No indication of damage remained. Exact color match and seamless replacement of damaged parts. I highly recommend this shop. For the record, in a previous life I was an assistant service manager for a decent sized car dealership chain. I was responsible for mechanical and cosmetic repairs. I'm not an expert on body work, but I am smarter than the average bear.

Do NOT let them repair a modern-day newer vehicle with special electronics. First of all, it took them a month to get me in. Then it took them a full week to complete repairs. Upon completion, I found out that an electronic device within the vehicle was completely not working. They failed to test the device because they have no clue how modern vehicles operate nowadays and are unfamiliar with any newer tech. Not to mention the device was improperly installed, missing support brackets, screws, the device wiggles around (which it shouldn't), etc. I've been spending the last several months fixing what they absolutely screwed up. I really REALLY wish Geico wasn't working with these people. They're horrible. If you come in for any insurance claims, walk out before it's too late. The good? They cleaned the inside and outside of my car pretty well. They offered to take it to the dealership and have them look at it but they gave me no time frame and I didn't want to take anymore rentals. I didn't have the time or money for it, and they weren't too considerate of that.

*BE WARNED, YOU MIGHT WANT TO FIND ANOTHER SHOP!!** Just to know this is my second time doing business at this location They were formerly Jimmy Rivers name is change however the service has not gotten any better!! Forewarning you if you have to use their services it is best that you take pictures of your car entire car before you drop it off and compare when you pick it up. They will damage your car and not own up to it!! Even my first time doing business here a few years ago it took the second time around for them to complete repairs and bodywork. Anytime they tell you your car is ready if you don't pay attention you will find errors in the work or trash under the paint. Well this time my second visit once again there was trash under the paint and repairs that were not fully made. So I left my vehicle to be repaired and a week later returned those repairs were made, however new damage was done from their own personnel!! They would not own up to the responsibility and claimed that it was existing damage when I knew for a fact the touch-up paint and scratches left on my car was not there the Saturday prior when they initially said it was ready. The staff disputed me down as if I knew nothing about what I was talking about. I know my car My husband knows my car and I know for a fact what I saw was not there a week ago however unfortunately I did not get photos the week prior. HIGHLY regrettable decision so therefore I have no case to prove my point! These folks are deceiving and unprofessional and if you don't have your proof you will be stuck! They will damage your car and will not own up to it! I highly suggest you don't do business here I will never do business here again and will never suggest anyone do business here!!!! New name same piss poor service!!!!

They had my 2018 accord for 33 days. when I got it back my steering wheel wasn't aligned and my car is pulling to the left. The tires aren't balanced and it shakes around 50-60. My physical key no longer works to unlock my car. my hood doesn't line up on the left side, its popped up. There was a chip in the paint on a brand new panel that was freshly painted. My cars interior was coated in dust from sanding and the exterior was dirty. The wrong headlight was ordered initially and the had to wait for the correct one. I wasn't called once with any updates during the whole repair.

Car was in a wreck but because I won’t do the work there they won’t tell me a price on damage. I understand that but if it’s totaled tell me, if it’s not just say we can’t help you but they refuse to be of any help. Horrible place

I had a wonderful experience! I was very nervous to get my car serviced - it’s only a few years old and it was in perfect condition before my collision. The process took longer than I initially expected (2 weeks), but the result exceeded my expectations. She looks brand new! They did a great job on the repairs to my daughter's car. Their customer service is something I can say is top notch. During the duration of the repairs I received updated texts twice a week. Never had to make 1 phone call to make a inquiry about progress. Even apologized for a delay when they had to return parts that were damaged. Made sure everything was Right and I can appreciate that. I told them no problem at all. As even able to leave the rental car there said they would handle it.That's just good business. I not only recommend this company but if somehow I have to get work done again Gerber Collision is where I will go.

These guys are amazing. Some of the best service I have ever received. I'm a military service member, and last year I needed to PCS, and a month before my PCS my car was randomly vandalized. I thought I was screwed, but these guys fixed my car in under 3 weeks. Not only that, they kept me updated multiple times a week and gave me some level of predictability. Afterwards, they were giving me $ back after my PCS if they couldn't get me a heat shield. They remembered me months later and delivered. I am so thankful for these guys, can't believe it took me this long to give them som praise.
