Did a maintenance service with them before long drive for the holiday, I did specify that I would like the car to is it ready to drive. Only problem came up were, oh you have old battery, do you want to change the filters. I was like no thanks. I change make battery at autozone(cheaper there) and $50 air filters 🥲??. Anyway, 10 minutes after, tires pressure were low, thousands percent red flag,(and i should have known better to check my car again somewhere else) Guess what, engine was not indeed ready for the long drive and broke down on the drive. Don’t trust mechanics here, not very neat at their craft.

8/16/2025... I made an appointment for August 15th.. I was quoted two weeks prior $230 to fix my front wheel ABS sensor. Then I was told they had did a TPMS sensors check on my car and they all read correctly. Then try to call me for a different price little over $500 . They accommodated me with a $25 minus coupon due to the misquote. Today August 16th I picked up my car at 7:45 p.m. and my service stabilitrak light it's still on in my vehicle is doing the same exact thing it was doing before they began to fix it!! So I'm not understanding what got fixed. I wasted my $300 on a job that didn't get fixed. I will never take my car back to Midas ever again!!!

From the time I called and schedule the first appointment to the third reschedule appointment and actually coming in . Shannon was great and understanding and when I arrived she knew who I was and that right there stood out to me . My first impression is my last and they acceded my expectations !! I will be back and Tim was great letting me know what they suggest for my suv and what the cost and they offer no money no credit no problem !! I love it and they are customer service oriented

I was and am very impressed with the service offered here. After receiving a high quote for a repair I thought I’d get a second opinion and wound up coming here. The mechanics found the issue quickly and recommended replacing one part rather than the whole assembly which ended up costing me a lot less. They sent a full diagnostic of the car with high priority repairs in red and lower in yellow. Tim also called and gave me a full explanation of what my car needed and answered any questions I had. Every time I come Shannon at the desk makes me feel warm and welcome and I’ve also had the opportunity to interact with Phil. They are all highly professional and kind. Im grateful because it has been hard for me to find a shop I feel like I can trust. Thank you Midas, this is a place and a team I will return to again and again. P.S. Another mechanic, I think his name was Mike fixed my car up perfectly for a noise I was experiencing.

I went to have my truck inspected today. My appointment was originally set same day at 3pm. After I arrived almost an entire hour late Phil, Shannon & Ray all gave me exemplary customer service regardless of the fact that I missed my scheduled time.
