Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Reece did a great job of keeping me informed of the repairs. I’m very happy with the work they did on my car. One additional perk is that Enterprise picked me up from the body shop and told me that I can just drop off the rental at the shop and they’ll take care of picking up the car. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I brought my car in to have the bumper fixed.You would think that it would be easy,simple but no..This was an accident with Uber,so mind you my deductible was 2,500 dollars..You would think how long my car was in the shop it would be fixed perfectly.I went to the shop and picked it up and the man said don't drive it through the car wash for 1month. Not even two days,the part was sliding off,so I took it back. The guy tells me that Uber orders second hand parts,so it won't fit right.He didn't offer to fix his mistake at all.He tells me that I need to put am order in so they can fix it...I'm not wasting another 2,500. because people work hard for their money. I'm just appalled that they made no efforts to fix what they messed up the first time. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

My car was just brought here for repairs after an accident. The car is totaled, so I go get my belongings & find my car ransacked. Things that belong in my middle console were on the floor & seat. I had a lot of loose change in my middle console & all of it was gone. The cup it was in, was thrown on the floor. I didn’t think I had to take everything out because I thought the car would get fixed. I’ve been to plenty of repair shops & never had anything stolen. Things were always where I left them. Since when do they have to go through your car to fix it? One guy helped me I wish I could remember his name & he was really nice. I asked him if he knew what happened or how to go about finding out why things were stolen out of my car & it was trashed. He talked to his manager & the manager brushed it off. Said “in paperwork it’s agreed to take valuable items out the car.” Which I understand but again never had to & common sense is not to steal. When I leave my car for repairs I’m not expecting thieves around! Huge disappointment! Since no help could be done I figured this review could do something. I hope I never have to come here again. WARNINGS to whoever is thinking about bringing their car here! If I ever need repairs again, I’ll stick to Caliber on Killian

Caliber Collision East did outstanding work repairing my Toyota 4-Runner. The office manager Ms. Sierra checked me in right away, assigned a service advisor and scheduled a rental vehicle. Tony Seyfer was clear and detailed on what had to get fixed. I turned my vehicle in, and it took three days to get done as he kept me informed throughout the entire process.
