DO NOT get your tires from here or trust the store manager James Mack!! Got my tires from here with warranty! In October I was able to come & get my tire replaced for free because a nail got in it, went back the following MONTH to get my other tire replaced that’s under warranty also do to a nail as they are working on houses in my neighborhood .. and encountered Mr Mack. Not only did he say he wouldn’t replace my other tire free that’s under warranty like the last associate, but I had to pay for a dang near whole new tire with “slight” discount. THEN WHATS THE POINT OF THE WARRANTY!!! When purchasing the warranty with the tires I was told as long as I have the original tire on my car it would be replaced at no cost!!! My tires just hit a year old. Mr Mack said it was because my tires were almost bald but how? When I just got the same tire on the other side replaced the month before & the associate said my tires still looked great!!! How did they go bald within a month? Not only that, after I left my car with him, he called and tried to charge me MORE for the replacement tire!!! Pure scam artist!!! As a “leader” and a store manager, the fact that you’re dishonest & unhonorable!! Not sure if his store is down in sales as I am too a store manager and he wants to overcharge and finesse customers or if he just truly isn’t a honest man, or if it was because I’m a woman & he thought he could get over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

They answered the phone almost immediately - something a lot of mechanics don’t understand how to do. They gave me a great price for a brake fluid exchange (approximately $120 when the dealership quoted me $200). And they were polite and professional. I will definitely be going back!

We had a timing belt replaced on our car. They kept the car for four days. We could tell the mechanic didn’t know what he was doing after day two. We drove the car and two days later the same codes came up again. We paid $1378. We finally took the car to the dealership and they said the timing belt was replaced improperly. This was another $1200 out of our pocket. We called Express Oil Change for at least a partial refund since they didn’t do the work properly. The manager, Mack said we should’ve brought the car back to them. Don’t waste your money since they clearly don’t know how to work on foreign cara

we had a diagnostic completed on our car at another establishment. it was determined that the "map sensor" needed to be replaced. the price quoted for the replacement part was around $72 but they did not have it in stock. we were pressed for time and took it to express to see if they could do it sooner. they said that they could and assured us that it would be ready the same day. although the quoted price for the replacement part was significantly higher (around $242), we ultimately agreed, as we needed the car back asap and the quote stated that it would take 30 minutes to complete this repair. we dropped the car off to them before 11am. however, we didn't receive a call from them until after 4pm, advising that they had ordered the wrong part and would be unable to complete that repair that day. because it was so late in the day, we didn't have time to take it anywhere else. we were told to bring the car back after 9am the next day. since the part they quoted us was not the correct part, we asked if there would be a difference in price. we were told that the price wouldn't change as they had to order the "kit", instead of the single part. again, we were pressed for time and agreed. however, when we brought the car home, we found that they had left a tray with a loose bit attachment and a bolt sitting under the hood. when my husband called, the person who answered said he knew exactly what we found, as they had already realized those items were missing. they were just unaware that they had been left under our hood...furthermore, they returned the original part to us, in the box that the new part came in and we realized that it was pretty much the same part (did not include any additional pieces to indicate that a full "kit" was used). when we reviewed the final invoice, we found that we were charged less for the part, around $100, but were charged more for labor. it showed that they charged us for additional time to make the repair, even though it still took 30 minutes.

I received warm and welcoming service from the staff. While I waited for my service, multiple technicians came by to check on everyone, offering water and keeping us informed about the status of our vehicles. The waiting area is a bit cramped, but it seems to be the standard for the company. I was there for an oil change, new wipers, and to inquire about tire prices. Thanks to the friendly atmosphere and the reasonable cost of the tires, I decided to go ahead and purchase them. Update: I'm back, and I have to say that the new store manager, James Mack, is fantastic! He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, making sure I got the right discounts and pricing. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor truly stand out!

Talk about efficient!! KC, Ron and others did all services and checks on everything any car owner needs to have done, and still had time to be polite and fun. I enjoyed all of them working so hard and still putting on a happy face for their customers.
