DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!! This is the WORST so-called auto body repair shop. I'd advise anyone going here to take a walk in the service area. It's the oldest dump full of rusty ancient tools and machines. NOTHING state of the art. Only take your vehicle here if you want the old man inside to be rude to you or if you want your vehicle returned to you worst than before your accident. Their level of repairs are unsatisfactory to say the least. They kept my car longer than they said and when I went to pick it up it had blue paint on my black car and air pockets in the dried paint. Of course, I had to leave it ANOTHER day so they could as they stated, "make it right." They only made their messy repairs worse. If I could give this so-called auto body repair shop a negative rating, I would. By the way, when I showed the old man that sits at the desk inside, different spots left on my black vehicle, he spit on it to remove the spots. I was floored!!!!!!! My husband and I were soo rudely treated at this place, I'd never return or advise anyone else who cares for their vehicle to go here!!!!! Regretfully, after the messy job they did on 2 scratches on my rear trunk, I will need new parts and my entire car has to be repainted because of their poor performance. I would never let these people touch a matchbox car!!! AWFUL!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! Very dishonest company!!! Took my car here for a left front end repair. I requested a new headlight on the right side so that both lights matched. I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for the matching light as it wouldn’t be covered under the insurance so I opted to pay and have both new lights installed. When I picked up the car I noticed that only one headlight was replaced and my old light was polished. Needless to say, it was cloudy within a week. When I addressed the situation, they claimed they installed a “new used light.” Buyer beware! Very dishonest company. They took ZERO steps to right the wrong.

Went to see if trim could be reapplied. The tech or whomever he was told me it needed to replaced, even though it was a new trim that I purchased. He asked me who put it on the first time, and I told him the people who painted my car. He then insulted my paint job and told me to take it back to them to put it on. I definitively would not recommend this business just based on the interaction.

In SC there are long waits for car repairs no matter where you go. This location was organized and scheduled repair as soon as their schedule would allow. Once dropped off as scheduled, updates provided and repair completed on time. This is 2nd vehicle I have used this business for. Recommend!!

Went in there to ask for an estimate and was immediately met with well who you got insurance with they usually ask for the estimate. I’m like I’m gonna pay for it out of my pocket once they heard that he said all you need to make an appointment. Had an attitude and was very rude with not recommend this place to anyone. And I have a great idea of why I was treated that way. Sad it’s 2024 and people still have that way of thinking.

I was referred to this by State Farm. Thinking twice about sending my car here seeing a lot of bad reviews. Not happy already with waiting 2 weeks just to get my car in the shop. Has anyone else had any issues like this what’s the usual turn around time? Hard to find good decent businesses.

I went to them for an estimate after making an appointment online and was refused service. I was told they needed all insurance information etc… which is necessary if insurance is paying or if I agreed to let them repair damages, but not to give a quote or an estimate. I personally have been in the insurance industry over 10 years and never met a body shop not willing to give an estimate….how can a person know the cost of doing business if you won t tell them the cost, unless they agree to do business? Not sure if it’s cause I m a black man, or not stupid, but they def let me know my business is not welcomed

Great communication and fast service! Job was complete days before the schedule date. They even have a relationship with Enterprise down the street where Enterprise will pick you up from Carstar and you can return your rental at Carstar when you pick your vehicle back up. Extra plus! Would highly recommend!

They made a bad experience almost painless. I had never hit anything and was intimidated by turning me car over to anyone. They were thorough, explained the whole process, helped with acquiring a rental and coordinating with my insurance. They repaired my car to look like new in the time frame they quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.
