Every time I need parts for my vehicles, newer or older, they never have parts, have to order, 2 day wait. Amazon is one day away. Guess where I went? This is why radio shack went out of business people. They don't stock parts. Sad you can't find what you need anymore the same day.

Angelia P was extremely rude. I ordered parts online and picked them up the next day. I walked in and not even a good morning she just stood there. I told what I was there for and got my parts put them on a cart and pushed the cart to the end of the counter almost shoving it there not saying a word and me having no idea I was all sent to leave. She then watched as I figured how to carry these parts(not exactly light) to my car no offer to help, or saying I could take the cart she used. I figured it out but not even have a good day literally I think she said 2 words to me. Not here you go here are your parts. Nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If she hates her job that much she needs a new one or maybe be put in the back to not ruin the business

Went today to check my car battery and they checked the battery and turns out I needed a new battery which I bought, but they wouldn't install it saying they didn't had the TOOLS to put the battery on, mind you thats a parts and tools store what a joke

Amanda is so kind and helpful! She helped us with a warranty replacement over the weekend, and to choose some new windshield wipers. I had to go back to have them put on the next day bc I couldn’t figure it out. There was another gentleman there who helped me and he was also so kind and genuine to assist me, but I didn’t get his name. This location must have great management because all of the employees are so wonderful and helpful! Thank you to everyone that makes it easy to get help with auto parts at this location!!

Big shoutout to Gabe at Advanced Auto Parts for being the windshield wiper wizard! My old clunker was shedding tears in the rain, but Gabe swooped in like a superhero and swapped those sad, streaky wipers for some fresh ones. Now my car’s got 20/20 vision, and I’m pretty sure it’s ready to star in the next Fast & Furious movie. 5 stars for Gabe’s epic wiper changing skills dude deserves a cape, not just a paycheck! ( This occurred a few weeks ago).
