We were headed on vacation and had car trouble. We were headed to another parts store when we stumbled upon Advance Auto Parts in Clarksville, TN. Three hours from home and 4 from our destination with two kids we were obviously stressed. However, the staff here were so kind and helpful. We were in there parking lot for hourswith my husband working on fixing the car. We ended up trying for a rental and uhaul to tow back to town. We asked someone if they could drive us to our rental and the boss of the store, Josh, graciously offered. He drove us there and when thinking of some things that could help, drove us back to the store to try them out before us being deep in cost for rental and tow. After narrowing the issue down, we decided to go along with our plans and get the car into the shop after our vacation so we could enjoy our trip. We put heet in the gas tank to let it sit and now we know it's not a spark issue. The GM graciously drove us back to the rental place and was super friendly. Definitely 10/10 service in my opinion! Highly recommend thus place without hesitation!

They have the best customer service ! Dave was so kind to offer to hold my toddler who was crying, while I was getting a phone call all while ordering parts. Walked him around the store and even bought him a toy car ! They helped me order the parts I needed quickly and I’m satisfied with the prices too.

I had a disappointing experience at the auto store managed by a white man on Nov 21, 2023. His rudeness was evident as he ignored my greetings, didn't make eye contact, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. This behavior, both towards me and his young female coworker, made the overall shopping experience quite unpleasant. The manager's demeanor does not reflect the level of customer service expected, and it impacted my attempt to purchase a 2007 Toyota Corolla starter.

I went in to use their OBD scanner for my check engine light. When they told me what part I was going to need, I asked if it was an easy fix. The cashier asked Ken, who was coming back from what seemed to be his lunch, went above and beyond to show me where exactly on my car it was located and how to fix it. He also spotted a broken hose on my car that could cause future damage to my car (an easy 2 dollar part there). These guys are exactly who you go to for all your needs! Couldn't be any more happy. *If you see Ken, he deserves a case of beer.

The staff was friendly and had the best customer service I have ever experienced at a location. Edward was amazing. He helped me find a tool that I was looking for to install a mirror on my car. He was even my second set of hands when I decided to go ahead and replace the mirror in the parking lot. I don’t usually have a specific location that I go to when I need things for my cars, but now I think I’ve found a home store! Thank you all for making my day!

Terrible experience at this store I explained my warranty situation to the store manager Josh and he told me that he was sorry and could not help me and I will need to go to the store that I brought it from originally and I even called the store I made the original purchase from and had them on speakerphone and he still didn’t want to help me l left the store very disappointed and confused
