Went in for an alignment and am very happy with customer service. Steve took extra time explaining all that was done and what wasn't done. Unfortunately a % of the alignment couldn't be completed as a result of rusted bushings. I'm not blaming Firestone for it I just wish there was more they could do to resolve. I also would love to purchase tires from Firestone so that I have a 1 stop shop for rotations AND alignments but just can't afford them.

We had a solenoid go bad on our car. They fixed it. A little time passes and that part failed again. They took care of it 100%. The manager, Steve, let me know we were a tad over the mileage on our "guarantee", but knowing my husband's work schedule and attempts to get it here sooner, he honored the guarantee and covered it 100%. As long as I live in the Clarksville area, this is the ONLY place I will ever take my car. Great service, great people.

I called ahead late in a Friday for a tire rotation, balance and alignment. Store advised that Saturday was fully booked and the next appointment was on Sunday. I went ahead and dropped the car on Friday evening on the way to dinner and told the store that Sunday was fine and I didn’t need the car on Saturday anyway. As we were paying the check at dinner on Friday, the store called and said the car was ready. Since there was still time available late on Friday, they went ahead and performed the work. Thanks again for the quick turnaround when it wasn’t necessary. Always had good service from the team at this location.

We have been coming to this Firestone auto care Sango location for over a year now. It is easy to schedule an appointment, the work is always completed in a timely manner, and they do not pressure you into other services unless there is a great need to do so, i.e. a safety issue. Came here for the first time today to patch a tire. I had a screw in it, and wasn’t sure if it would need a patch or not. Jim was very nice and they inspected my tire and let me know no patch required, and even were enough to fill up my tires. Very good experience for my first time here!

I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with their service. My first visit here I bought four new tires. Within the next few months I had to come back multiple times because I ran over nails or hit potholes. One time they were able to patch my tire and charged me nothing because it was under warranty. A second time my wheel rim was bent due to a pothole, and they again fixed it at no charge. Every time I’ve come to this Firestone it has been as a walk-in, and I have never waited more than two hours for them to complete their inspection and repair my tires. They have been about the only mechanic in Clarksville that have not wasted a whole afternoon of my time or recommended random services so they can take more and more of my money.

When they didn’t have the tire I needed in stock, they made some calls and made sure they got a tire in time for my requested appointment time! Took my SUV in for an oil change. Had absolutely no issues with my vehicle. No lights on the dash. Picked up my vehicle drove it down the street and the engine light comes on and there's a burning smell. Brought my vehicle back immediately. After they inspection it. I was told oil was spilled during the oil change and the reason the engine light was on was because of an O2 sensor. Was told oil being spilt wouldn't have damaged the O2 sensor. I spoke to another mechanic that confirmed it would. They refuse to take responsibility.
