My experience with Caliber can be summed up with conflicting communication and unprofessional service. For 2 weeks I was given the run around about my car being finished but not really. Then once I was told it was for sure finished. I waited a few days to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I arrived to pick up my car, the battery was dead and the dash had several warnings and fault lights illuminated. After several times of jumping the car and attempting to clear the codes one of the technicians suggested that they might need to drive the car in order to clear the codes.... Unbelievable!

After a wreck, I had extensive damage to my vehicle. I had a hard time finding a body shop that would restore my lifted GMC truck back to normal. I purchased the vehicle already lifted with aftermarket parts and oversized wheels and tires from Wyatt Johnson GMC and their body shop wouldn’t touch it. After 4 different body shops in the area said they wouldn’t work on my vehicle, Caliber said YES! I was automatically assigned a Service Advisor at drop off, Bob Fine. Bob was amazing! He took care of getting my rental and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. Bob went above and beyond to help reduce my stress and anxiety regarding the whole process. My vehicle was completed by the estimated time of completion date that was assigned at drop off. I picked up my vehicle and Bob took care of getting the rental returned. My truck looks brand new! Caliber Collision provided a seamless repair process and I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome. I will forever use Caliber Collision.

I had an unfortunate accident on the interstate about a month ago and called my insurance. They told me to take my car to Caliber. I’m so glad I did! Chris updated me all the time. He would keep me updated on where they were (i.e waiting on parts, paint) for my vehicle and when it would be done. I would 10/10 recommend! Great service, quick and friendly! I am extremely disappointed with the quality and professionalism of this body shop. When I picked up my truck, no one walked me around the vehicle or reviewed the work, which should be standard practice after body repairs. After getting it home, I discovered overspray all over the windshield, roof, and other areas that were never cleaned. A truck bed light that worked prior to the repair no longer functions. Inside the cab, the headliner is covered in dirty handprints, showing a complete lack of care for the interior. The fuel pocket was reinstalled with no screws at all. Most concerning, the truck bed is not bolted down on the passenger side. I regularly haul horses, and this creates a serious safety risk to my animals, myself, and others on the road. This also raises significant DOT and liability concerns, as the vehicle was returned to me in an unsafe condition. This workmanship is careless, unprofessional, and unsafe. I would strongly caution anyone considering having their vehicle repaired here.
