I came to this business thinking that I needed a seal on around my windshield. Cato(I'm assuming that's who he was) came out, looked at it and informed me that there isn't a seal that goes on my vehicle. Rather than trying to charge me money for something I didn't need, he educated me. I really appreciate his honesty. Highly recommend.

The owners are so caring and have accommodated me twice now. One time he drove me back to work because I didn't have a ride. Just recently, my window broke, and he worked overnight to make sure I had a window because of all the rain. I would 100% recommend them.

Rock hit my windshield on the highway which of course instead of a easy chip repair turned into replacing my whole front windshield. The gentlemen who was the windshield repair guy referred me to Cato's because they were reliable and reasonable for replacing windshields. I have called every day this last week to setup an appointment and establish business but no one answers their phone and the voicemail box is full/not set up yet? How can you have a business when you don't pick up your phone or have a voicemail box set up? Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere and they didnt even get the chance to earn my business. Sad. Hopefully they read their Google reviews so next time their phone rings they pick up.

This place is awesome. Best price in Clarksville. I know because I called all of them to get a quote. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and got a all at 2 that it was ready to go. We had it done about a year ago and still no problems. I have recommended this place to everyone I know

I would recommend this place to anyone. I had to replace my windshield and they were half the price of all other places that I was quoted at. It's a family run business and they were so friendly and accommodating. Not to mention, Ricky had to endure my NYC driving skills lol.

This place was great! The overall customer experience was really nice and friendly. I lived really close by and they offered to pick my car up and bring it back so I wouldn't have to sit at the shop. The windshield replacement looks good and they even vacuumed the inside of my car. The only small gripe I had was it took a couple more hours then my expectations had been set for, but luckily it was my day off.

I will NEVER go to another place for auto glass!! 🤩 Top notch work. The owners are unbelievably nice and they even dropped me off at work one time because I didn't have a ride. They worked on my car window OVERNIGHT because they didn't want me to be caught in the rain without a window 🥹. Please be kind to them, because we need to protect them at all costs.

Had a fissure in the windshield of my rental that I did not cause and wanted more information on it. These guys were spectacular, friendly, informative and overall good people.
