I needed to get a vehicle towed, I was given Mr. Williamson business. Mr. Williamson and I talked on the phone about where the vehicle was located. We set a time and Mr. Williamson was there to get the vehicle. Mr. Williamson explain in detail the price. I was worried that he couldn’t get the vehicle because it was stuck in the mud but he was able to get it out and put it on his tow truck. He was professional and knowledgeable on what he was doing. I’m grateful and thankful that vehicle is gone. I would recommend this business to everyone. Blessed

We just got our car back from Abrakadabra, and we couldn't be happier. Gilbert was so helpful, thoughtful, and kind. He walked us through every step while diagnosing our car. I had an awesome experience with Gilbert—hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve ever worked with. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He was honest, professional, and incredibly thorough. My Jaguar was giving me issues (needed a new alternator, water pump, and oil change) He explained everything clearly, gave a fair quote, and got the job done in the time he said he would. It’s hard to find trustworthy people and it’s less stress for a female when you have people you can trust to do good work and treat you fairly. He’s honest, dependable, personable and prompt. Gilbert picked up my dad’s 2007 Chevy trail blazer when it suddenly broke down at my house one weekend. His towing was quick and professional and he gave me lots of updates on the details of the diagnostics and condition of my dad’s car. We discovered that it had many problems and Gilbert was honest and transparent and very helpful in us finally deciding to find a different car instead of using all my dads money to fix the old trail blazer when it had so many problems and could break down again. Very responsive, no nonsense or tricks up his sleeve guy. He isn’t like a lot of the people out here trying to make a quick buck, he legitimately looks out for the customer and their best interest, even if it means he loses money. Solid towing company and provides top notch mechanical work and advice. A true mentor in the game and he is my first pick anytime I need a clear path forward for my vehicle and all around automotive advice and guidance. I wish more were like him.
