Aside from a scheduling hiccup (which is understandable), great service and knowledgeable staff. Fair and informative. Travis and Alan do good work. I'd recommend them to people who need work done.

Travis and I have been doing business for over 5 years. He knows how I like my trucks and always takes great care of my trucks. I’d recommend Torx over anyplace else.

Would have been 5. Torx auto worked my F150 in right away. Got new struts and shocks installed. Had a installation mishap. Good customer service and was rushed in to have everything checked and corrected.

I went in there the other day to speak with someone and I was ignored in favor of a non-business call. I waited patiently and politely for well over five minutes and the man at the counter continued his conversation and refused to acknowledge me. Seriously, the man avoided eye contact and pretended like I didn't exist. Great start for a business guy, I hope you tank

Do not go here for powertrain or engine work! About 6 monthe ago I got them to install aftermarket head studs in my Ram 2500. It took them 3 times longer than they said it would which was really only a minor inconvenience since I was on leave. In additon, my truck magically had a big scratch on it that wasnt there before I dropped it off. Honestly those two things I can live with. The real kicker and biggest issue though was recently I noticed puddles of oil on my driveway. As it turns out this was due to a bad leak coming from the top rear portion of the engine block. After troubleshooting I discovered they did not install the studs or rocker housing properly and it was leaking like a sieve. They may sell cool wheels and tires but I would be wary of their "mechanical" knowledge.

At first I was realy pleased with all the help and the prices were decent. But every time I had work done there was something not 100%. Bought shocks and the sway bar was not tightened completely. Purchased upper control arms and the bushing went bad after two months, not their fault, procomp replaced the bushings, but since the manufacturer didn't cover the repair cost I had to pay to have them put them on. While that service was getting done I asked for them to change out my spacers, they did, and I asked for everything back, but they said the new spacers didn't come with all of the hardware and had to reuse the nuts. That was a lie because I found the nuts in front cowl. And to top it off, after I got it back the bolts that connect the upper control arms to the spindles were lose. A dust cover to one of the control arms fell off because it was improperly installed, then costing me 50$ to replace. Just one thing after another. I use to recommend them, but after all that, not anymore.

I called the shop and left Travis a message and he never return my call back and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone they are not reliable and forthcoming. I talked to Travis and he quoted me 9400 for a supercharger and over 800 dolIars for a exhaust. This is a lot of money. I left two messages for Travis and I never heard back from him. I'm also a veteran. For all the money I would be spending I expect prompt service

Torx Auto did an amazing job on my F150! Extremely experienced and professional staff; their customer service was superior and their turnaround time on fixing my truck was unbelievably fast. I highly recommend them for all your lifted truck and off-road vehicle needs and I will absolutely use them for all my work in the future. Thanks guys!

Given one price then changed after work was "finished" I had to return my truck for things that weren't finished and had another problem they needed to fix. I was told seven hours of labor and quoted 500. A month of no returned phone calls I finally get my truck back with an added price of $127. After talking to the manager at the other shop we agreed on $515 but I was not paying until they were done as I had already had problems with this in the past with this shop and them using my card number to pull the money out anyways. So I send my wife to make the payment of 515 and the guy at the counter says the manager that worked things out was unreachable and she needed to pay $627. After and hour of waiting we worked out another deal and ended up paying $527 and leaving. So I begin to go over my truck knowing I would find unfinished work. So here I am writing this while taking a break from fixing the things they did not. If you are a mechanic yourself this is the best place to go because you'll end up finishing the work for them. Very disappointed customer.

Great customer service with hard working mechanics. They stayed open to finish my vehicle well over closing hours on a Friday. They could of easily told me they couldn’t finish it and would continue to work on it that following Monday but I told them I was desperate for my vehicle and they got the job done. Very impressed and will recommend to anyone. Thank you

Great place. Customer service is top notch. Wish I would have found these folks earlier. Could have saved thousands of dollars. Way better service then another tire place in town. Also, way cheaper than what the dealership quoted. By about 1,500 dollars. You have earned my respect and patronage.

The owners were really friendly, great service and fast. Dropped it off Monday and it was ready Tuesday at 3. They were able to load up 2 sets of tires too so we didn’t have to make two trips. Would highly recommend.

They try to sell you their products for extra profits, which you can find online and save some bucks. ⚠️ If you bring your own stuff they won't put it on your vehicle. I found it Petty that way. Customs auto shops should be able to provide service either way. Whether you bring your own stuff or get it from them.

I stopped by in the morning for them to check out the rear shock bracket that had Broken on my 1008 Chevy 2500. The bracket and shock was completely ruined and I was afraid I would need to get a new axle. The guys at the shop looked at it and told me it would be no problem to fabricate another bracket and get it welded on. They were able to do it that day! Not going to lie I was skeptical especially with how soon as they called me to tell me that it was repaired (with a new set of shocks installed at my request) 2.5 hours after dropping the truck off. As soon as I got to the shop to pick up the truck I crawled under to inspect. The bracket they fabricated was made out of heavier steel than OEM, was welded in the exact position so my rid height was not changed, and was even painted after install. The crew was extremely friendly and the work was fast and much better than I expected. I would recommend anyone that needs ANY work done to call them up to see what they can do for you and as far as cost goes they were $150 dollars cheaper than another shop quoted me the minimum to be.

Hit a pothole in ky. Torx was the closest place that worked on lifted trucks. They held on to my truck for days, they didn't want to work with my Allstate agent. They wanted to hold on to my truck and not begin work on it, until they got all their money. It was supposedly fixed a week later. We got there and they weren't finished. It was more than what it was supposed to be and either it is still messed up or they didn't align it right. Wanted the same tires on my truck, but they picked their own. I do not like the way they look. I am unhappy with the service, work and their customer service. I do not recommend them. I also had a rough country lift kit on it, which got damaged. They said they were a rough country dealer. They tried to say that we had modified some of the rough country parts. We did not!! They came from rough country just the way they were. So, for them to be a dealer, they are very unfamiliar with rough country's lift kits and parts. They seem inexperienced and unfamiliar with parts. They also, do not know how insurance companies work or how to work and deal with them. I like torx response. I did ask for tires, but you lied on the price. You did refuse to work on my truck, until you got the money from Allstate. You said you did not want to do the estimate their way. Allstate had to cancel their check an deposit the money into my account to pay you directly, so you would fix it. You claim you are a rough country dealer. I have a rough country lift and you did not even know that their alignment bolts come welded to the washer. Nobody ever modified anything!! You are lying about that too!! The lift kit was put on as per Rough Country. My truck is not even fixed properly. It pulls hard to the left. I have one complaint against the seller of the truck and his shop. So, you are incorrect about the multiple complaints. But, if I guess for you, it is easier to pass the blame instead of accepting fault. I even waited an hour and a half to get my truck, when you told me it was ready the day before. If the truth hurts, change it!! Yes I cussed you and customers walked out. I was cussing you, because you lied and charged me extra and my truck wasn't fixed like you claimed! You can write what you want, because God knows the truth!!! Here is where I had to take it back to fix what you did incorrectly. Now I have to contact rough country, get the correct parts and have it fixed correctly.

I was losing air in one of my brand new tires. I took it to a real mechanic and it turns out TORX absolutely mangled and cross threaded the tpms stems. Also the inside of my brand new Wheels were all scratched up. As far as I know this place is out of business and obviously for good reason.

Torx Custom Auto is the best place to get upgrades and modifications done on your truck. EVERYBODY else in Clarksville was scared to cut/ drill into my truck to be able to put the roof rack and front bumper on, but not Trent at Torx Custom Auto. This is the best place to go, no doubt. Excellent communication from the staff members here. Parts were put on fast. Couldn’t be more happy with my experience here!
