The price was acceptable and if it weren’t for who I perceive to be the manager yelling at people about only getting one damn top up among other things it would have been an excellent experience. I feel for the employees who work for/with him as the man doesn’t have a single shred of leadership ability. The young lady who did all the administrative portion of the experience was pleasant and delightful despite the environment she’s forced to work in.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. And even honored a coupon that I had in my email that when she scanned it, it didn't work. She couldn't give me the full i$35, but she did give me a very, very decent discount. I recommend jiffy lube in clarksville, tennessee on fort campbell boulevard 1000%.

The team was awesome! I’m a bit late writing this review, but I drove in with a bunch of oil leaking behind me. Chelsea found the problem, fixed it, even topped me off on the missing oil. Best part: She said it wasn’t enough of a deal for me to pay! She’s great and I 100% recommend!

I had a brake problem and they didn't even look into it and said I needed new pads and rotors and after paying 500 dollars decided to then say I needed new brake boosters. So I left with the exact same problem and now have to go spend more money to fix it. Pads and rotors were fine. Everyone just said yea sorry I understand but I still had to pay and leave with my brakes touching the floor.

I took my Mercedes Benz here and these people messed my car up when i got my car back all my lights was on, on my dashboard. my wheel tire sensor they messed up as well, my car has been riding horribly since i allowed them to change my oil. i will never in life take none of my cars to Jiffy Lube, my car was riding great before i let them touch my car.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! I came to this Jiffy Lube as my Jeep Cherokee was last serviced at a Jiffy Lube. When I got here I was told they did not have the last oil that was used for my vehicle so they proceeded to tell me I needed a more expensive oil. The oil change ended up costing 92 bucks and that's after a hefty discount. I woke up this morning 8/21/2024 to find all of my windshield fluid had leaked out all over my driveway. The reservoir is completely empty. My car is still reading Oil change needed! I called Jiffy Lube to inform them of the issue and to giving them the chance to make this right. Firstly I was told that no they are not responsible for the windshield wiper fluid all leaking out as that's normal wear and tear (I have not had a problem with this ever until I left Jiffy lube) next I told him about the oil change needed notification in my car. On the paperwork it clearly states that it was reset so I should not have this message anymore! He says he can give me directions to reset the code over the phone. WHY would I do that? clearly they are pencil whipping paperwork to indicate things were done that clearly were not. I do not trust Jiffy Lube any longer as 1. I feel like I was over charged 2. I have to take my vehicle to a real mechanic now to fix the windshield fluid reservoir also possibly cables. 3. My car is still showing that an oil change is required even though they indicated on the receipt paper work that was reset (pencil whipping paperwork to indicate things done that have not been done) will never bring my car back to this location and I do not recommend anyone else go here! I'm calling corporate! 9/1 some time has passed this woman below reached out here on Google to save face but did not respond to my email it's a scam to make it look like they care! They don't and they definitely don't respond when they break and damage your property!!!!

Got oil change and I brought a new cabin air filter in and they didn’t install they just shoved it above where went then told me where supposed to go . Then I showed them not right he literally walked off while I was talking and looked back he was gone this was the manager . I have to say the new regional manager coming here called me and fixed the problem says will do personally when gets moved here next week I really was impressed with his professionalism and I am willing to bet gonna be lot changes and gonna be great store again like used to be . Would have been 1 star if not for this man and to the crew better get together if wanna stay cause just by phone call can see he wants the store to be best it can be witch anyone in charge should so don’t give up on this store yet everyone . Known for worst one in town but see changing very soon
