Back in 2024, I walked in with an open mind about getting a new car. The staff were friendly at first, but then one of them started talking about a personal story about losing a limb, which felt a bit strange and uncomfortable during a car shopping conversation. When I looked at the cars on the lot, most of them were priced well over MSRP. At that point, I felt like if I continued the process, I was probably going to get ripped off.

Very bad experience with them. 1) It took me almost 5 hours to get everything done. 2) Make sure you do your own calculation before paying anything. They will mix up the costs and rebates then try to confuse you. They won’t tell you. I did my own calculation and found out the price was higher at the last minute. They said they forgot to put a small business taxes. 3) I put my down payment by debit card. And then I got a fraud alert from my bank about 5 days later. Someone tried to use my debit card to on Amazon Australia where I had never been to. And this car dealer is the only place I used my debit card recently. 4) After I put a negative review on Mazda survey, this car dealer called me and tried to bribe me with three free maintenance services to change my review to a 10-star rating.

Thanks Octavious, Victoria, Sierra, and Daniel: Outstanding, high-speed, low-drag experience - from initial online inquiry, through 'just looking' walks, - flexible to test driving, but it didn't take much, have consumed hours of reviews. I know what it better do. - consistent, informative, timely and friendly follow up by Octavious without any 'car lot salesy pressure' vibe anywhere. I have bought a new car in a while, I'm outdated on expectations and was so happy withing with Octavious. - purchase day has its requisite steps, but you're made comfortable, unbothered, and kept informed. - post-purchase follow up has likewise been good. There for any questions or issues. And the vehicle... After researching, driving, considering all comps in category range : nothing came close to the expected performance capability, styling and the unmistakable Mazda "Jinba Ittai" driving experience of my new cx-90. I've owned Mazdas - RX7s. The beautiful years (83 & 93). I've owned maybe 20 cars, driven hundreds since. The CX-90 was immediately identifiable, and on the road, unmistakably different. I've been servicing my Mazda 6 with them for a couple of years and I can't speak highly enough about their customer service and quality of work. The staff is professional, courteous and trustworthy. Notably if a job takes longer than expected they offer a complimentary loaner vehicle or an Uber ride to and from dealership on the spot, hassle free. I would like to give a shout out to their service lane manager Robert Williams who's doing a phenomenal job and will personally make sure you are taken care of. I can wholeheartedly recommend Wyatt Johnson Mazda to everyone.

Dominique Shamell did an outstanding job working with me and my husband to find the absolute perfect truck!!! We were anxious to find a truck and only gave him a short timeframe to find us a truck. He was very kind and worked extremely hard to find the truck for us. We had a very detailed list of options that were very firm on getting. Not only did Dominique find the truck that had all the options we wanted but he also found a truck that had options we hadn't even thought of! Favorite Wyatt Johnson dealership that I’ve been to. It’s very clean and comfortable, which is important because you’re usually sitting at dealerships for a long time. Marvin Landry is an outstanding service technician. His manager assigned me to him a few years ago when I was about to leave for another dealership because of subpar customer service. Since Marvin started helping me, I have been nothing but satisfied. I don't always love the answer or the price he quotes me, but he always assures that I receive top level customer service and if he can't be there when I need an appointment, he assigns me to Jennifer who is also awesome. I love that he is personable, honest, reliable, and a little bit fun like a brother would be to his sister. It is excellent customer service that keeps me loyal to the Wyatt Johnson company. I appreciate that even when he is busy and a little overwhelmed with customers, he always finds the time to smile and make you feel like you are the most important customer.

So last year we needed a vehicle so we bought a Mazda CS5 2019. Two weeks later we had to replace the brakes, rotors and calipers. They gave us no compensation for this. We just went about our business then our vehicle was in an accident and totaled so we went back to the same dealership. Worked with William who was great and got us in a 2023 Audi Q3. That night we got home and noticed that there was a crack in the windshield that we didn't notice at the dealership. We let them know this and because we drove off of the lot, they refused to take ownership of the cracked windshield. William who is great. Tried talking to his manager and the general manager both who refused to fix the issue. The best that they offered was a slight discount instead of fixing a cracked windshield that is now spread across the entire windshield and we were told to just use our insurance like it wasn't a big deal. We will never go to this dealership again and tell everybody we know not to go here.sorry William you were great

AMAZING experience, Was deciding between a used (cheaper) mazda 3 hatch with a nelson mazda dealer, and a new option with Wyatt johnson. Kourtney did a good job. I'm thinking I'm saving her name right it got good deals great deals at work with you work with your payments that got good options and then other places and they know how to work with you and their cars are cheap down and got low mileage of cars run great they will take care of you. It don't matter what income you got or whatever and if it don't got anything on the lot they will help you what you want they will get it and bring it to the lot. They have so many cars coming through there and you don't have decent credit at all just had to have a great job good pay somewhat and then work with you. I don't think you got to have is your pay stubs and your bank account or whatever and go from there. And if you want to go up in there and ask any questions they will help you tell them Joshua mccard send you there. I'm telling you what the best dealership I ever worked with before and I got used cars there but they got great deals and great options. And please go to them if you want a car in Clarksville Tennessee she'll work with anybody out of state or whatever or him. Don't be afraid to go in it's a good option place to go to have great cars go customer service and they will help you anything is wrong with the car that will fix it or tires brand new.
