Always very helpful. They do need to have more people answering the phone. The person helping me was constantly interrupted answering the phone while two other employees spent their time yacking with each other. They always have what I need or they can get it.

They have the parts you need up front, my old boss used them with his concrete business down in Savannah tn, I didn’t catch the mans name who just helped me with my AC but he will know when he reads this, Napa is the place to go they don’t mind helping you, they are like the post office, rain, sleet or snow they will deliver your service what ever that maybe my car had a rare low an high side fitting r-12 an they had a conversion that made it like the cars today an he even put the fefrigerant in for me, he used a value remover an adjustable wrench to do the job they were both brand new an I bought those from him an tipped him, saved me at least 100 dollars, shop Napa, thanks Napa of Clarksville.

Had just the right part that was difficult, too say the least, in stock! Very personal & professional... would have liked to get a receipt in my company's name but only ifyou have a NAPA account & they're billing you... hard to believe in this day & age that can't get a receipt with a name on it...hhmmmmm. What's up with that NAPA?

After going to o reily’s 3 separate times to try and find a front axle u joint for my truck (with no luck ). I finally went to Napa. My main guy there is Clint but everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Hard to find a part store with competent people behind the counter but these guys and girl have some sense. Not the closest parts store to me but after the nonsense I've dealt with at closer stores, yeah I'll make the drive!

Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff. Went in there twice for rivets for a convertible top replacement. The guy helped us get the exact rivets we needed even though the ones we brought were definitely modified some way. He even measured the size to make sure the new ones would fit properly. Super nice and helpful.

No wonder brick and morter auto part stores are dying. Ordered a part on Sunday, to be delivered on Monday. No Monday, Tuesday, Wed and now it was canceled. I could have ordered myself on any website and had it Wed. Clowns at best. Rock Auto is even better. Look at thier reviews, 🤡🤡🤡
