This review would have gotten 5 stars had I not found out that I was lied to about the car I just purchased from wyatt Johnson volkswagen having auto start. When I was there earlier the salesmen whos name I wont say told me I could start my car from my phone but after leaving the lot when I was looking for the feature I discovered it does not smh this is a big feature I wanted, especially being that it is cold now. Please do better I know its the end of the month and quotas are trying to be met but you do not have to deciece your customers to do so.

I was impressed with Doyle who went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a car within my budget. Steve in Finance made the call my son to take a payment over the phone. A difficult couple of days ended with a purchase of a car!

I usually have a great experience with this company, but this experience wasn't so much. I went in to get my headlight changed, but the worker informed me that I had to do a whole diagnostic and I would be charged 159.00. I informed the worker that I just needed my bulb changed and I didn't need a diagnostic because i just had one from the same place 4 weeks before, he informed me that they couldn't look at the car if I didn't sign off for the payment. After over an hour of waiting he informed me that my headlight needed to be replaced and because it was so late they may not be able to replace it, but he will check. ( which i already knew). After another 30 mins and 140 dollars later I was able to get my headlight replaced. Customer service was terrible

Zachary Doyle was amazing to work with! He was incredibly patient with me while I navigated a difficult situation trying to get into a new car. Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated the utmost professionalism, always responsive and answering every call and text in a timely manner. Even months after my purchase, he continues to follow up to make sure I’m happy with my car. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, you definitely want Zachary in your corner!

My initial service visit began when I received a vehicle notification indicating an OTA update and advised me to visit the dealer. On Wednesday around 10 a.m., I arrived at the dealership, pulled into the service drive, but to my surprise, it was empty. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes, I was not acknowledged until I finally received a greeting from an advisor. The advisor’s attitude was dismissive, and I was rudely asked about my purpose for being there. When I explained that I was there for an OTA update, I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I inquired about the possibility of a forced update, as the vehicle would not complete the OTA on its own. I expressed concerns about the potential liability to the dealership due to the significant safety reasons for the OTA and the issues I was experiencing with braking. It’s important to note that my vehicle was and is still under factory warranty. I had to return for other warranty items, which were addressed. However, upon picking up my vehicle, I discovered damage to the hood and a rubbed-up door from the lift. I didn’t complain; instead, I took the vehicle to a body shop for repairs. A few weeks later, my heat failed to work in sub-zero temperatures. I contacted the dealership, expecting a call back, but it never came. I called back a few days later, requesting to speak with a general manager, but the same issue persisted. Today, I will file an official complaint with Volkswagen about the poor treatment and lack of customer service I experienced during my service visit.

We leased our 3rd Tiguan SE recently from Wyatt Johnson, despite there being a dealership much closer to our home. The negotiation process with Brian was just as simple as it has been in the past. Essentially: “Here’s what we can afford. Can you accommodate us?” When I picked up the car, I was met at the door by Jaqueline, who spent the next 1-1/2 hours test-driving the car, going over the features and directing me to the very pleasant and efficient finance manager, Jesus. Jackie has since called or texted on 3 occasions to be sure my wife is happy. Sit down; we were also contacted that our lease payment is actually going to be LESS than we had negotiated. I would give them 6/5 stars, if I could.

The service here is horrible, I've brought my car back 3 times in a week's time. The EPC light was popping up and the brakes need to be replace along with the rotors. After spending almost $6,500 It still isn't running correctly, the service tech did a full inspection the first time I came in and I spent $5,200 then after all of the repairs were done either after being in the office from 8:49a until 3:30 pm. I had to reach back out the very next day to advise that my car wad still running hard and my EPC light was still coming on. Had to cone back becuase they didnt have any rental vehicles(they dont do courtesy cars- charge you $25 a day) had to come back to be told that I had paid another $600 for rotors and a sensor needing to be replace. I drove out and my car start bouncing all of the road then I brought it back and was told that it need a brake wheel balancer and now I owe another $500. I talk with the service manager and he didnt do anything about it. The worst service I've ever had. Im going back to Infiniti, they treat customers with dignity and respect.... So long VW. Terrible service, and ripping people.

Active duty soldier here. Read the reviews that aren't someone buying a brand new car giving a review the same day they bought it. They Sold me a 2017 used Kia Sedona. Test drove it and was fine. Was told the vehicle was great and i believe they had honest intentions. Bought it and picked up the next day and the wheel was badly shaking. Stopped .5 miles down the road, called them, and returned. Told them about it and was told to go to a mechanic. The frame was cracked, the sub frame was cracked, control arms were cracked. 8000 down the drain. They wouldn't let me trade it back or make a larger purchase. They let an employee and me test drive a car that should not have been on the road.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and overall had a very positive experience. Shortly after the purchase, a leak was discovered that turned out to be a water pump failure. While this wasn’t something they were technically obligated to fix, they stepped up and took care of the repair anyway. That kind of integrity says a lot about a business. They stood behind what they sold and chose to do the right thing rather than the easy thing. The repair was handled professionally and without hassle, and their communication throughout the process was clear and respectful. Buying a used vehicle always carries some uncertainty, but their willingness to help after the sale gave me real confidence in their character and customer service. I truly appreciate their fairness and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I purchased a car here Jan 15 with 59k miles on it. I notified them the same night after purchase of the way the car began to drive. I was told to bring the car back and they had me scheduled for service. When I got there I was told I wasn’t on the schedule and the time frame was far out and that I couldn’t get a loaner because they were all out. Then I was told I could get a rental for 200$. Mind you, this is the same week I purchased the car. I’ve reached out to them the last 3 weeks and all I’ve got was, I’ll deliver your message. Today, I get a call and was told they don’t give loaners their policy changed and I had to pay 200$ for the rental. Not understanding at all!!! Don’t care about their customers!! But they got the right one this time!

Dear Volkswagen Clarksville Team, I want to take a moment to express how impressed I am with the level of customer service I’ve consistently experienced at your dealership. In particular, I would like to recognize Jonathan, who has been an exceptional representative every time I’ve visited. Jonathan is always extremely professional, polite, and courteous. He takes the time to explain details thoroughly, ensuring I understand everything about the services being provided. What stands out most is that he never makes me feel pressured into unnecessary services or additional purchases. Instead, he creates an environment where I feel supported and confident in the decisions I’m making. This kind of thoughtful, respectful approach makes the entire experience not only smooth but genuinely helpful. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with genuine care for the customer, and I truly appreciate the difference Jonathan makes. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service. Please extend my gratitude to Jonathan for his outstanding work. Sincerely, Scott Galbraith

I recently had my 2023 Atlas serviced at Wyatt Johnson . I received exceptional customer service throughout my experience. Charles was a very courteous and considerate service advisor. He was very intent on letting me know the costs of each aspect of my service and very considerate of my time. I have no complaints about any aspect of my experience.

Came in with my daughter to see what they had. She has had some credit challenges in the past, but Antwawn, Brent, Jesus were all fantastic. They took the time to work with her and were able to get her into a car, without breaking the bank. They were patient, kind and understanding. Car dealerships are usually not a good experience; this was awesome. Great Job All!

WARNING ⚠️ I guess I didn’t learn from my first bad experience with Wyatt Johnson Toyota as here we go again. I came to Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen to originally try to purchase a Dodge Charger they had available for around $7600 as this was with in my prove range. I was informed that I would have to put a lot down as it’s an older vehicle. So, I was then presented with a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan with less than 100000 miles. Upon test driving, I noticed the brakes weren’t all that good the tire pressure light was also on. I made the salesman aware of the issues was told they will fix the issues and to come back next day to get vehicle. Upon return, i was informed that the vehicle was not put into services as I was told it would be so, I was given a 2020 ford escape and informed they be switching the vehicle to this one. Due to it being almost closing I was told to return again next day to do paper work for the ford. I was then told that it would be higher after being told it would be close to the price of the Volkswagen here we go another lie. So, note I’m being told they will put the Volkswagen in service, which mind you it was already supposed to be in service and now they are giving me the vehicle back. The change in information and insurance caused my insurance to go up they don’t care. So, they say they’ll drop the car off in the morning the morning comes and the car is not done no information on what they found nothing. Get the car in not even two full days into have it tire pressure like is back on and now I’m check engine light is on as well. I set with these people and expressed I didn’t not want another bad experience or a vehicle that breaks down after driving off. I was reassured, lied to, and manipulated to make a sale that again was built on lies. This gives me trust issues and no faith in people seriously. Now, I’m back in the 2020 ford escape in order for the Volkswagen to be serviced once again. Now, is it all bad no as Travis sales manager is trying to get me taken care of yet, it’s like I was reassured before how am I supposed to continue to “Trust” when I’m being lead a stray. Please use caution take a mechanic 👩🔧or some one with auto repair knowledge as they will rip you off.Thank you, but no thank you the regret is real. Update: took it back to get serviced, received paperwork on what they “claimed” to have fixed, got the vehicle back and yet again lights come back on. The car is still having misfires, the bottom cover is hanging, and same codes showing. I don’t know if they think clearing the lights fixes the problem, but no. So, now I’m back yet again to drop the car off to be “fixed” or what ever. I hate I put myself in this situation again as I literally should have learned from previous experience. Should have known something was wrong when it was no warranty and the kept trying to convince me to get one, which was almost $300 dollars more a month. I was going to delete this because, Travis and Doyle are trying, yet I’ve learned if you continue to let people get away with misinformation, misleading, and manipulation it will only continue. Like do better treat people how you’d want your family treated. This is my finally try before I take further action. BUYERS BEWARE!! Update: got the vehicle back after multiple attempts by Travis to have the service station fix the issues only for now the oil light and window fluid won’t go off. There is a sticker in the window that they placed saying oil doesn’t need to be changed again til around 109,000 miles yet, it’s not even a 101,000 miles on the dash so why is the oil change light on? Added fluid for the window wipers yet light keeps coming on. I signed for this vehicle end of Oct have yet to have it over a week before it need to go back didn’t get it til not even a week ago after the repairs and it’s issue after issue. My first payment is due Dec 5th which I don’t feel I should have to pay as Travis lied said that they spoke with Global lending to get it pushed back yet again another lie.

We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. He chatted with us through every step and especially during the lulls. Doyle was such a gentleman and has continued to help me with any questions I’ve had about the vehicle. 10/10 experience.

I had to have a warranty repair after another dealership did not correctly fix it. Jonathan got my car right in and within 4 hours they had everything repaired correctly this time! They walked me through every bit of it and documented everything. They were incredibly professional and so kind. Definitely a much better experience than my previous. And my car is running so much better!
