I came into Clarksville on a flat tire. After some wonderful soldier stopped to help and changed the tire to my spare, I took it to Walmart Auto and they had a new tire on my car and balanced in 30 minutes. Amazing service!

Thank you Jonathan and Josh for helping my daughter and I this morning. My daughter busted her rim and we needed help identifying the width of the rim and the guy at the customer service desk did not even try to help, he did not even tell us where to look for the information. I informed him Wal Mart had just replaced the tire( not needed) and that I was ordering and having Wal Mart replace the rims. No attempt to help me find the information. Luckily a staff member intervened and asked Jonathan to assist us.

I've had all of my oil changes done regularly at various Wal-Mart auto centers, but I had one done today around 2pm and had a really scary experience. I dont know how I drove home from the center safely, but thank God I did because I was driving with my 2 year old niece in the back seat. It wasn't until around 4pm when we were planning on going to Nashville that we realized something was wrong. We got onto the highway at exit 4 and as my fiancee began to accelerate, the hood of the car started to move up a little. By the time we reached the speed limit, the hood was flying upwards about halfway and we got scared that it would soon block our vision entirely or smash our windshield. We slowed down to about 50 and with a lot of caution made it only to exit 8. I got out and realized that the hood wasn't secured down at all, but we also couldn't open it because it was jerry rigged and hooked down onto another part of the car. We got the hood up and saw that the entire mechanism (the lever that you pull to release the hood and the cord connecting it to secure it down) was frayed and disconnected. I was and still am furious. We immediately took the car back and the manager inspected it and "fixed" it. He applied a new bolt that was missing free of charge and informed my fiancee that the cord was fraying and we would have to replace it soon for only about $10. I personally feel that we shouldn't have to pay for a new cord at all, because none of this was ever an issue before now, and I feel it may have been the fault of whichever poorly trained mechanic messed up my car in the first place. After all that, we were never even given an incident report to file or anything to document the fact that Wal-mart's mechanics could have caused our car severe damage or that my family and I could have suffered severe harm. I am sickened that someone would let me drive off especially with a child, knowing that they left my vehicle so unsafe. I will absolutely never be returning to Wal-Mart for vehicle services. And a note to the mechanic that knowingly damaged my car: you should feel ashamed of yourself.

I love going here to do oil changes every few month or depending on how many miles i put in my vehicle. The services they provide usually is rather quick and it depends on how many people are in line before you. For the most part im always quite happy going here more than other walmart locations.

Had our oil changed not long ago. They put the wrong oil in it and when we notified them they repeatedly refused to put the correct oil in it even after I contacted customer service and talked to the tire center manager. So I have contacted customer service yet again. Now, I'm waiting on a call from the store manager. The guy inside was the rudest person ever and extremely unprofessional.

Went to get my tire plugged and had to purchase a new one based off the tech who couldnt fix it. New tire was put on my vehicle without authorization, sells rep was rude and unconcerned she cost me $37.00 because of her lack of communication to her co worker to put spare back on vehicle before purchase was made. Never apologized and blamed the tech. Paid for roadside hazard for tires to get fix and again associate added it to my new Total for new tire even though it didn't apply to the current tire which are less than 1 yr old.

Slowest car care center that I have ever been too, lazy workers and move fast at all. I only needed 2 tires and oil change an it took them 3 hours to do. Also I was the only one customer. Omg this place really sucks they need new personnel.

It took almost two hours to change a battery in my wife's car with only one other car there. For those who haven't changed a car battery before: you unscrew two screws, pull the old batter out, drop a new one in and then screw the two screws back in. It's that simple. The only reason we were there is the battery were picking up how to 5 year warranty for under $100. So needless to say they have one of the best values and car batteries they just don't have some staffing issues. As far as an oil change goes I wouldn't let them look at my vehicle on TV.

Sorry is this is long! I read the reviews and was a little worried (some bad ones). I called in and spoke to Mr. Brycen because I forgot to add for them to do installation on my tires I ordered. He let me know it was a bit of a wait but to come in. I dropped the car off and he was the checkout person in the auto center. Let me just say: AMAZING customer service. He took every worry away with how polite he was. I will definitely say, someone is always going to have a bad day and make a mistake (the reviews). But someone like him just takes a second to make you forget! Fast forward, my car was dumb and didn’t relearn the TPMS sensors right away and I FREAKED out, the head tech came out and let me know everything was okay and I just needed to drive it around for it to learn. Boom. Didn’t even leave parking lot and it fixed itself! Both amazing customer service! Thank you Brycen and lead tech(older man)!

Will not be returning here. I had came in for a simple plug and waited 1.5 hours and then was told that it would be at least another hour. There were two cars in front of me that were getting full sets of tires. No one was waiting but me and my two kids. The others had called people to come pick them up. I didn't have that option because my husband is deployed and we have no family in the area. I had bought groceries and ended up taking my car and leaving with screw still in my tire. There was a lady working and when I came up after buying my groceries she was on her cellphone. I walked up to ask if my car was finished and she didn't look up from her phone. After a few minutes, I cleared my throat and after a heavy sigh from her she looks up from her phone. I ask how much longer on my car and she again heavy sighed and then walked over to a computer. She said "I don't know what he told you, but it is going to be a while." Then she just turns and walks away. At this point I decide to just go because my groceries can't wait "a while". I had to push the call for assistance button and it still took another 5 minutes for the same lady to return. That's when she informs me it will be at least another hour (I've already been here for 1.5 hours). I tell her I can't wait and I need my car key back. This is followed by another heavy sigh and she's leaves to retrieve my key but doesn't say another word. She then just stands there and watches me try to navigate my cart full of groceries and two young kids out of the tiny door and down the hallway and never offers to help. This place sucks.

The person at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. We did not have an appointment and they still got us in right away. It took them 1½ hours to change all 4 tires on my car and we were on our way home. Good job!

Went to get my oil changed and literally took them hours to get it done. So I did some shopping to get the time passing. At check out back in the auto center, lady double charge me for 10 items I had. She said “That’ll be $111.75” I asked if it included the oil change and she said no. I asked why so much. She got mad and said “That’s the price lady!!!” It didn’t sound right. Then she noticed she double charged for everything and only took one item off she double charged me for. I told her she still double charged me for everything and she gave the rudest attitude and walked away. Luckily the front customer service took care of that. Definitely not coming back again especially waiting over 4 hours for just an oil change.

I was able to get in and out in less than hour with getting two tires changed. They were very polite and courtesy. I end up purchasing some wipers as well and the young man was nice enough to put them on for me. Overall a great experience on a very cold day.

I brought my sons car in to have 4 new tires put on. Because he had custom wheels they didn't have a thin wall 21mm socket to take it off. They had me drive to Autozone to pick it up and come back. Being the weekend before Christmas it took me 46 mins to drive through traffic to go buy it and come back. I would love to be reimbursed for my time, frustration and money to do their job for them.

Was told to expect a 3+ hour wait for 1 tire. When I came in the lady at the desk asked to see the tire in question. Suggested they do a plug instead of trying to upsale a whole tire (plus fees.) When it came my turn for repair, I was called to ask if I had roadside hazard warranty. I didn’t, but the whole experience was great. 3+ turned into me only waiting about 1 1/2. Amazing front desk folks and the techs in the back making this seamless.

I've been coming to Walmart autocenter for a long time. Every other time I come I'm low on oil. I told them today I'd appreciate it if they'd fill oil up to the level it should be. They gave me the run around told me they hope my car blows up and I don't have to come back.

When did they start making appointments. I go in there at 430pm and they only have one car in the garage and 4 employees standing around in the garage not doing anything and the girl at the desk says I need to make an appointment for tomorrow because they are busy. The only reason I got my oil changed there is because it was quick and easy and I could go shopping. If I need to make a appointment I will just go to Firestone atleast they have a waiting area.

Andy and Carl were the lone survivors during the severe winter weather event in 2026. Few businesses were open but they were. And in sub freezing temperatures they agreed to change my truck battery. Great customer service Great work ethic These guys need to be recognized for their resolve.
