Outstanding customer service. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Had them install a head unit in my 95 4Runner from Japan, and did it quickly and professionally. When it stopped working a few weeks later (because I accidentally pulled one of the chords out, and didn’t know what I did wrong) they fixed it free of charge. Pure class. Will definitely be coming back to have my speakers installed. Make sure to stop by if you’re in town!

Top notch installers & customization to my 2017 Jeep Wrangler & husbands 2010 Harley Roadglide. Jeep got 4” Lift kit & new wheels, a new front wench & they added a new mounting bracket with a break light to the middle of my back wheel. Customized saddle bags on bike, with Bluetooth compatible speakers & lights throughout the bike. VERY Loud, VERY clear system!!! We are very pleased with the Jeep & bike!!! I can’t say enough about the incredible team at Audio Specialist in Clarksville, TN! After calling six audio shops across two states, no one would touch my older Cadillac CTS. Then I found Audio Specialist on my seventh call, and they invited me to come see what they could do. Despite the 1.5-hour drive, it was worth every minute! These folks are true experts who know their craft inside and out. I picked out a fantastic Kenwood stereo with Apple CarPlay, and they had it ordered and installed in under three hours—flawless execution! The installation is so seamless, you’d swear it came straight from the factory. They took the time to walk me through every feature, showcasing their top-notch professionalism and genuine care. I’m beyond thrilled with my new system and couldn’t be happier with the experience. First of all, I’d like to say that these guys are AMAZING! Not only did they do their job but they did it and beyond. These guys have stuck their necks out for me to help me out a countless amounts of times and their employees are very respectful, not only that but they’re relatable as well. It’s not only business that’s talked about. They talk about past experiences whether that be about audio or something else that comes up. They built a box, installed subs, installed an amp back in June of this year. They’ve recently put it LED RGB rock lights and I could not be happier with them. I visit the store about once every two months… due to me blowing my subwoofers. Every time I come in… they know the deal🤣. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone! I’ll add some pictures here… unfortunately I did not take a before and after of the subwoofer box or the rock lights.

Absolutely amazing staff, Charlie and Kenny are awesome, I had to get a new spacer ring for my sub to get it working right and the last people shorted the wire to where it wouldn’t reach, I reached out to them on short notice and they got it back to me within a day and a half. Cannot recommend them enough absolutely amazing experience and I WILL be back.

After a few months of research and getting several quotes from other shops I sent Audio Specialist an email. After a few emails back and forth I decided it would be worth the 1 hr drive down to demo some morel components I was interest in. Talked with Robert for a while who stayed after close to talk me though the in and out as much as he could on high end audio and DSP. They installed my full system about 3 weeks after this and install looks as great as it sounds!

These guys totally knocked it out the park on a custom box build. Even added logos n webbing on the ports at no extra cost. Had 1st install with 3 audison 10"s and wasnt loud enough. Took it back and they got me exactly where i wanted to be with 2 12" hertz subwoofers as well as install of my RF 1500.1 amp and a seat lift. Kenny even went over specifics and made sure the tune was to my liking. Crisp, clean sound at all levels and i couldnt be happier. My wife actually enjoys it too (no more ear plugs at mid volume lol). Thanks again guys, see u in a few weeks. Highly recommend these dudes!!!!

Customer service was very nice. The guy at the counter, I think his name was Charlie, was very knowledgeable and overall easy to talk to. As for the sound system, it slaps way harder than I thought it would. I can’t hear much right now. It’s a clean install, that’s for sure. It took around 5 hours for the installation, which is about the exact timeframe that Charlie said it would take.
