I was very pleased with my service as usual. I was greeted immediately as I arrived. Joshua was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The service actually took less time than I expected. The waiting area was very comfortable and well maintained. I am very pleased with the service that I receive at Wyatt-Johnson.

My wife brought her car in for a simple oil change. They did not perform that correctly, and had an oil leak when she got home. Had to go back to the dealer to fix the oil leak, they over tightened and broke a gasket. Then they drastically overfilled the oil and I had to return a 3rd time for a simple oil change on possibly the easiest car to ever give an oil change to. I don’t think I will be back. I’ll just do it myself. Oh by the way, I have spoken to both service writers and service managers and no one really seemed to care about my issues. Edit: I came in for the third time and a service writer got me taken care of quickly. Update: My wife had another oil change, and a nail in her tire. She had a 10am appointment. She had no updates or feedback. She sat there till 12:30, when she went to check on her car. It had not been touched and everyone was at lunch. By 2:30, her oil change was still not completed, and I had to pick her up. I let a sales person know that I was upset, who followed me back to the service department. When I left he was talking to the service writers, and miraculously her car was done 30 minutes later. Took a total of 5 hours to complete an oil change and nail fix. On the plus side, we keep getting free service because it is so bad on every visit.

They were very friendly during my appointment even though they were extremely busy. They could not locate the source of the noise I was hearing. They told me to bring it back if it happened again which I understand. What concerned me though is they said all my tires were good when it obvious that they are just about bald need to be replaced. Especially since they are the original factory tires that came on the vehicle when it was brand new. Just makes me wonder what other stuff might have been overlooked.

Took a lot longer than expected. Some body gave my advisor an incorrect estimate on the time needed. If I had known I would have just dropped the vehicle off. The job looks like it was done correctly, so I am satisfied with the work. The advisor WAS very good, not really anybody’s fault in the installation of the hitch, just frustrated waiting 4 hours to complete, instead of the 2 hours estimated.

We had a 7am appointment and the service rep said they were starting on our vehicle at 9:40 and our vehicle would be ready in an hour, the rep told me the price. At 10:15 they hadn’t even started on our vehicle and offered the excuse of “we were running behind.” We were the first appointment of the day. The service manager did get involved and our car was ready shortly there after, however they charged my husband $40 more than what I was quoted and there was no change in the service estimated vs. provided.

I have a Subaru Crosstrek. I've taken my car here 3 or 4 times now. Pros: 1. Danielle and the service parts manager lady are great to work with. They are the only reason this post receives two stars. 2. If you don't want to wait around for a longer service, they'll Lyft you home and back. Cons: 0. Had a very unpleasant time with Marvin the service writer. So much so that I specifically request Danielle now. 1. Obviously super expensive going to the dealership. 2. Previously told me in September that I needed a new engine air filter, tires, rear brakes and resurface rotors. I didn't do any of the services except get new tires. I took my car in yesterday for an oil change and everything passed in the free 16pt inspection. That's weird. I brought it up while checking out so a guy checked the rear brakes really quickly and noticed they do need replacing. I received a 20% off one service coupon as a result of pointing out the error. As a result of yesterday's inspection results, I'm scared of whatever else they might have missed. The rear brakes, resurfacing rotors, and engine air filter cost $400 altogether. Were they trying to overcharge me previously or did they even complete a inspection yesterday? Either way, they have lost my confidence. It's hard out here finding honest folks to fix your car, especially as a woman, and the dealership should be the gold star service department. With the exception of Danielle, I feel let down by Wyatt Johnson Subaru Service.

Went to get a specific part looked at, but was scheduled for a multi-point inspection for some reason. Nice staff that seems over-tasked. Poor communication. Glad I was able to get a free Lyft home to wait since the estimated 2-3 hrs to assess my car was actually a low estimate. Had to initiate all communication and ask “so what do you need from me next?” and “is X happening now?” a lot. Expensive since it’s a dealership, but that’s to be expected.

While I understand servicing a vehicle takes time there is no reason that I was there for over 3 hours to get a routine maintenance completed. Also if the menu screen is going to be changed during maintenance it should be returned to the screen I had it set for at the time of drop off. After listing to others in the waiting area I became aware the excess wait we were all experiencing.

Dawson C. made sure I felt welcomed and that my car was in good hands. My oil change was completed in less than an hour and I was able to get on with the rest of my day. Great customer service! Service w/ a smile! He deserves a raise!

The staff overall were very friendly and accommodating. BUT, the fact it took nearly 2 and a half hours for an oil change is rather silly. This is not counting my time spent showing up 15 minutes early. If customers must have an appointment for simple maintenance and the business cannot complete service in a timely manner based on their own scheduling they must cut back on the number of appointments offered. Being “short staffed” no longer works as an excuse when you schedule your own workload.

I will admit that not every single visit to this business has been amazing have been a few interactions where I was underwhelmed by the performance of an employee and the level of effort or care that they wanted to show me. But I also know that it’s not fair to judge an entire organization based off of a single persons poor performance. What I do want to say is that my most recent experience was with a young employee named Dawson and I feel like he really went above and beyond to make sure Everything I asked for was done, and that I was happy at the end of my initial visit as well as my follow up visit to pick up my car. He was both personable and professional And if I get the chance I will always have and be my point of contact when using Wyatt Johnson services

Service was great, my service advisor Dawson was really helpful & kept me updated in progress of how things were going & expected time of finishing. The whole team was helpful if I had a question and just in general interactions very nice.

This place is fine, but I would recommend always getting a second opinion in terms of car maintenance. I took my car in here because it’s dealership and I figured they’d be the most experienced in Subaru service. Here, they quoted me $15,000 (!!) for a new transmission, because they claimed I needed one. Took my car to a different auto shop in my home town, where they found the actual issue — only a small part of the transmission system which cost only $1,000-1,200. That fixed everything and my car has not had issues since. Clearly didn’t need an entirely new $15,000 transmission fix. The place itself is clean and they offer plenty of amenities as you wait for your car’s service, but overall… I prefer going elsewhere for actual maintenance, or at the very least, getting other opinions before spending a lot of (potentially unnecessary) money.

Dawson was so nice and friendly to see as a walk-in at 7 am. He got my car right in and was very reassuring. I didn’t have a huge issue but they treated it with importance. He sent over a quote, and called with updates. I felt very taken care of and will continue to go there.

Super fast, and the communication through the process is by far the best I have ever experienced. Usually using the dealer for service isn't the wisest choice, but with Subaru I couldn't imagine using anyone else and feeling comfortable that I'm receiving the correct service. They are very very trustworthy, and they do an amazing job in a fast time. They send you notifications abiut where they are in the process, and at the end they give you a video showing their work. I have never left a mechanic feeling this good about what I paid for.

Set up an appointment and everything went super smooth. They were done when they said they were going to be done and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Great group of people at the Service Department.

Updates. The new service center must be under new management/oversight. My last two experiences were poor enough that I will not return for any further repairs/maintenance, etc. Due to poor communication, overcharging, questionable practices. I left messages with management, spoke to manager once and they defended the practices and charges. Very disappointed. I’ve been a customer since 2016 with no problems. Purchased my vehicle from Wyatt Johnson, referred family members and friends and now will need to find another service center.

We're from out of state and developed a must-fix problem. They took us ~1:00pm that day and had us out by end of day, earlier than estimated. Glad we brought our car to a same-make dealer because they were able to look up the records and discovered the warranty covered all the costs, so that was a happy surprise. Everybody was friendly and professional. Zero complaints. Five stars.

Even if she had gotten a positive review yesterday, Danielle Morrison would still be overdue for another one! She provided exceptional service and was very friendly. I didn't ask much questions but she made herself at the ready just in case. Service was faster than expected, and I am very glad I got to have her help me with my visit. A sincere thank you to Danielle Morrison as well as the servicing team that worked on my vehicle.
