Josh and his team are fantastic. I am beyond grateful and thankful for all of the help they gave me when my transmission went out. Including handling the warranty claim work for me, leaving me with less to worry and stress about! He also went out of his way to make sure I wasn't without transportation during the repair process. So Josh and the crew down at PIT STOP AUTO saved me today. I've been needing a tune-up and had to get it done by today for an out of town trip tomorrow. In true Jennifer fashion I waited until the last minute, but Josh got it in and got it done in three hours so it'd be done today. They also include a 2yr warranty on the work. The best car repair shop in town! I took my car in on a Monday and they had my car good to go by Friday! They also keep you updated on the status of your car and how everything is going! My side mirror was broken and it caused my passenger door to be scratched up as well. They did an awesome job with repairing the mirror and painting my car. They also washed my car and cleaned out the inside without me even requesting this extra service! If i ever need a repair again, i will come back to you see all! Thanks again!

AMAZING !! We were hit by a tornado and they not only went above and beyond with the repairs of my vehicle but they completely repainted everything, ordered and supplemented with the insurance to ensure that everything was new and matched. GREAT people who go above and beyond for you and I had my vehicle back within 3 months and my vehicle had over 15k in damages. I refuse to go to anyone else for any auto repairs. We also have a lifetime warranty on ALL repairs for the time I have the vechicle. I am extremely grateful to this shop and the family who ownes it.

Josh and his team are amazing and super nice! I was in an accident a couple weeks ago and they were able to getvmy car in the same day, while other shops around the area couldn't get me in until 3 or 4 months later. They were super helpful with getting it towed into the shop and made the repairs in record time. And to top it off they even did some minor detailing on the inside free of charge, which was much appreciated by this mom of two small kids.

Let me tell you all about Pit Stop Auto Shop! On Fort Campbell Blvd. So, i wrecked my car, and they were the only place that did not have a 2 month wait to get my car in. They are one of 3 auto shops in the PROGRESSIVE network, in Clarksville. They took extra care with it, to make sure it was fixed correctly, even though there were some other things that made it difficult that were not accident related. When i came to pick it up, the owner, Josh, came out to great me and took time to go over everything they did AND even detailed my car! During that conversation, he let me know they also do day to day maintenance as well, so here I am back again for an oil change, and it’s only going to take an hour or so. They also sell some really nice cars with their partner business, Family First Auto Sales! Come check them out!

***My 10 year old car now looks better than when I bought it!*** In Clarksville, you're going to need a body shop eventually. Now, I'll never recommend anyone but these guys. Turns out my battery was almost shot and my terminal had been broken for a while. They replaced both those things when they didn't have to. The inside is immaculate, I mean they got the stains out of my seats too! There are plenty of of big name body shops around, but I can tell you first hand that the level of care at Pit Stop is unmatched.
