Wife’s S.U.V. was drilled in the back, looked bad. Had it towed to ABRA. First thing they did was let me know it looked worse than it was, which was good news as the vehicle was paid off and I wasn’t prepared for a car payment to replace our totaled one. Once I gave them my insurance information, they handled everything except the rental car. They kept us informed with steady updates with what stage the repairs were in and kept the insurance company updated as well. The completed repair was excellent, and I scrutinized everything from the paint match to the fitment and gaps around all of the parts. I was treated like I mattered and the entire staff were both friendly, understanding of our situation and professional. Very satisfied, and I now have a go-to body shop.

Lori was my consultant. Very nice lady and great at what she does. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my many questions. Insurance had already worked out the repairs needed. Lori kept me updated on each stage of the process through text. I had hit a deer on drivers side doors in my 4 month old car. I thought it’ll never look the same again, but oh boy was I wrong. It looked perfectly showroom new again. I will definitely use them again if I ever need repairs in the future. I don’t have anything negative to say. Hope to never need them again, but if we do they’ll be our first choice. As this was my husband‘s vehicle and he is unavailable to do work, it was on me to coordinate and make it work. Lori was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better Service Advisor. From day one, I was impressed. Not only did she listen and do the most thorough inspection I’ve ever seen on a vehicle, she personally kept us updated every step of the way. She was very accommodating with my crazy, drop of a hat schedule. The only thing that was asked from me during the entire experience was to give her like a 10 to 15 minute heads up before I came to pick it up so she could get it all washed and shiny. When I got there, she went over everything with me, made sure everything was to my liking, offered to help me transfer my stuff out of my rental, and got my rental returned. Unfortunately, my family has a lot of experience with repair shops around here, mostly negative with us leaving not satisfied and/upset, basically settling, so we didn’t have to deal with it anymore. From start to completion, this experience has been a refreshing change, everything ran so smoothly, it was unreal. I’m still trying to wrap my head around this level of customer service. I’ve never gotten the sit back, relax, we’ll handle everything treatment, it really was eye-opening and I’m truly grateful. Sidenote: If I could have Lori as my customer service advisor, for life in general, I would be a lot less stressed and so much happier. I cannot say thank you enough.

Brought my truck in after a bad T-bone collision that resulted in over $12,000 worth of damage to the truck. ABRA took the truck within a day of me calling them. They were extremely thorough in fixing/replacing every last bit of damage to the truck from the accident, and the truck came back looking like it just rolled off the factory line. Communication and updates were very frequent, and they finished the work over a week ahead of their quoted time. I never had to talk with my insurance company after dropping off the truck. My estimator/main point of contact was Jacques Brown, who was extremely friendly and went out of his way to explain every single repair that went into the truck. All other staff that I interacted with at ABRA were equally friendly and informative. While I hope I never have to take another vehicle to get repaired again, ABRA would be my first choice in the future.

I originally left a 5-star review because my first experience here was great. The work was done well, communication was good, and the staff seemed professional. I’ve used this shop before in the past and had a great experience, which is why I felt comfortable coming back. This time, though, the quality of customer service really disappointed me. I reached out to Jacques Brown asking if I could see photos of my car before the work was done because I noticed some scratches and wanted to double check. I never accused him or the shop of causing them — I just asked politely. When I came in, the friendly attitude from before wasn’t there. Instead, the conversation turned uncomfortable. I was told my car had been “really dirty” when I brought it in, so they “wouldn’t have been able to see everything,” which isn’t true. He also said that since I don’t drive the car every day, maybe I “just didn’t notice” the scratches — comments like that felt unnecessary and dismissive. He later told me that the photos that he’d taken wouldn’t show every scratch and said he could try to buff the scratches but wouldn’t do the whole car, which I never asked for anyway. The repair work itself has been good, but customer service should never depend on someone’s mood. I expected the same level of professionalism as before, and that’s not what I received this time.

The service itself was excellent. After another driver hit a tire on the road and launched it into my grille, ABRA got my truck in and out quickly, and the work looked great. They even detailed the truck inside and out, which I appreciated. My only complaint is with Jacque’s communication. He takes far too long to explain simple things and asks questions in a condescending tone. He spoke to me as if I didn’t understand what I was talking about and treated me like a child. The quality of the work was great, but the customer interaction could use improvement.

I took my vehicle to ABRA for repairs after an accident, and I am super impressed with them. They had my vehicle for 6 weeks due to the damages, and each week I was informed of the progress.
