WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I contacted them on a Thursday asking if they could look at my daughters car. Explained i could only be in town for two days. Was told that shouldn't be a problem. They lied. I dropped it off on monday at 7 am. Not only did it take 4 days to get it back but they over charged my daughter by $230 and the car was still doing the same thing. Go somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE else. Edit... by the way they called me ONCE and only once. I called them 3 times because they didn't call me. We did replace the brand new, brand name parts from a PERPETUAL online supplier. No surprise it still has the SAME issue. The diagnostic fee was paid and the diagnosis was wrong. I am trying to make a return trip to see someone who will do what they promise. To bad Google doesn't require business's to prove their replie.

They are very nice people and prices are fair. Also tommy gives you plenty of options trying to help you out so I'll give them that. But they don't honor their word when saying your vehicle will be done by a certain date. It will be excuse after excuse on why they haven't finished it. They have had my vehicle for over 3 months now! I just feel like having a vehicle that long in your shop would just be a nuisance like it is for me. Not to mention they left bolts and parts out on the hood over the weekend (closed on the weekends) as I drove by I saw my vehicle sitting out in front of the bay. And it rained all weekend. I would give 5 stars if they got it done in a timely manner but it’s absurd how long it’s been.

Always super helpful when I call and come in. I have trusted them with my Jeep since a couple months after they opened. Tommy and his staff are able to do the work well and offer competitive pricing. I won't trust my car with anyone else!

Won’t go anywhere else! As a new resident of Tennessee it has been a struggle to find a trustworthy mechanic. Happy to say, I’ve found my go to place in Clarksville! Fast, friendly and honest service at a reasonable price! Peace of mind is priceless, finding a mechanic that does what’s right for you and your safety, that doesn’t try to swindle you, PRICELESS! Thanks Integrity, I’ll be back for all future repairs.

I took this truck in on 5-17-21 for maintenance and a tune, truck was supposed to get all new fluids. Fluids supposed to be changed are, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, engine oil, power steering fluid, transmission fluid, and both differentials. This shop had the truck for 6 weeks and came out with more problems than it went in with. Also transmission had no fluid in it as i got down 5 miles down the road, coolant was low, engine fan was unhooked, there was a fan shroud lodged in the fan truck overheated 4 miles down the road. As well as the brake caliper they replaced had came loose and had lost brakes on the way home. Honestly there is too much to type on this review, shop should be shut down and placed out of service!

I was 500 miles from home and my 1999 Mercedes Benz E300TD had a check engine light and glow plug indicator come on. I walked in to Integrity and figured I’d be all day and who knows how much. They were slammed with vehicles to boot. BUT not so. Tommy had his men check out my car and diagnosed a minor issue that would not keep me from making the trip back to Texas. I got 32 mpg and ran fine. I’ll take it to my own mechanic for its regular service. Thanks Integrity for an honest assessment. Blessings to you all! Jeff Hawkins Texarkana, TX

I was just looking at the reviews when I saw a bad one. Only one bad one. I don't write many reviews, but I feel the need to this time. I have been dealing with Tommy and his shop for many years now and I truly believe that if you need to take your vehicle to a shop then this is the one for you! Tommy is very honest and his prices are fair. He will tell you what is needed up front and will back up his work every time. If by some chance he can't get to your Vehicle (because he has many others scheduled for instance) He will let you know, still giving you the option to schedule the job for later if you can wait. I try not to go anywhere else. I have been a satisfied customer for more than 10 years!

First off, finding a good diesel mechanic is not a easy task. Second, finding one that works on power strokes and knows what they are doing is even a harder challenge. My 2004 F350 was smoking everyone and everything around it out. I suspected that my #8 and #5 fuel injectors were bad but did not have a live scan tool to see. Only a programmer telling me the codes. I call Integrity Auto care hoping they could get the truck in Thursday and I called on a Tuesday and they were more they willing to look at it. The guy at the front desk was very nice and what I believed was the owner in the back room was too. They called me that afternoon of Thursday and told me that yes, both #8 and #5 were bad. I opted to repair the truck myself in which they had no issues with at all. Only charged me $75 to look at it. Most Diesel shops get upset at you when they look at the truck and then you tell them that you will fix it. Not these guys. I asked them if they had a recommendation on where I could buy the injectors from and they were more than willing to sell me 2 for $250 each. If you know anything about stock injectors, you can’t find them for that cheap. When I picked up the truck, they gave me tips on which ones to change first and to ensure I change the oil, oil filter, and fuel filters too. They did not have to do any of this but hey did. I recommend these guys to anyone that owns a diesel. They are now my mechanic as long as I live in Clarksville. Thanks guys for helping me out. Lenny Zawisza

Called in for an estimate these guys wanted to charge me 670$ (in just labor I have my own parts) to install 2 upper control arms and an alignment on my ram 2500. 2 hrs of labor for 670$ is outrageous. If you like to keep your money in your pocket stay far away from this place .

Been taking my truck here for 8 years now. They have done a lot on my f350 such as bullet proofed the motor, stainless exhaust, water pump, head gasket, cab mounts etc. For the bullet proofing..... I'm losing water still. The exhaust is loose and rattles. Water pump was not changed they just said it was. Head gasket is going out again Cab mounts came out. This most recent event I took the truck in to have the brakes bled and the check engine light being on due to a glow plug issue. I was told the glow plugs were not important so to not worry about it. The brakes did not get bled cause they could not get the plug loose. I have had the plug out on countless occasions I don't think they even tried. I did however pay them another $2500 I just not sure for what?!?!? The parts they put on cost all of $108 for the manifold that they broke! It was not broken when I dropped it off so I'm still not sure why I had to pay for it to be repaired. I got the truck back with no water and now my air filter light is on. They lied about test driving to check an issue (I had the seat up on the steering wheel and was still that way) This is really the only diesel mechanic in clarksville but its not worth paying for parts you dont get and labor that was not spent even though they tell you they did. I would highly suggest taking your vehicle to Nashville. This place will lie and steal from you. Unfortunately Clarksville does not have any honest mechanics that I have found so look elsewhere.

Replaced/installed a brand new jasper 5.9 24v Cummins block in my truck, along with radiator, south bend clutch, clutch fan wheel, turbo oil line. They found parts that were bad and instead of waiting and potentially paying more in the near future, they brought it to my attention and assisted me along the way. They kept me updated and informed on every part and expense. Overall experience: They are true to their name integrity. They are honest, trust worthy and reliable. Excellent customer service, and the two workers that made it an easy process and confident were Tyler & Heath. 10/10 recommend. They will take care of your every need. Remember, if you want it done right the first time it’ll cost you, but they will with out a doubt get your services done the first time every-time.

Took my 2012 Ram 2500 in for low power performance and check engine light. I spoke to Heath at the counter who was very professional and courteous and explained my issues with him. He assured me that they would check it out and give me a call. 2 days later, as promised, I received a call and the issues were explained to me very well and had them proceed with the repairs. When I got my truck back ( only 2 days later) I was blown away by how much better the ol truck ran. Plenty of power AND my fuel economy was way better. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with these guys. Definitely recommend them to anyone that drives a diesel truck no matter the brand. Excellent service, professional and timely. 6 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

Heath and the guys at Integrity Auto Care were great. My concerns were their top priority. They ran diagnostics followed with a call back regarding the issues and what needed to be done provided me with a reasonable quote and thus began the repairs. Once working with them I have brought my other vehicle and will continue bringing my vehicles to Integrity Auto Care to be serviced in the future! Thanks again y’all!

100% giving this group of great people 5 stars. Went in for a grid heater relocation and banks monster air ram and S&B cold air intake and an exhaust manifold. Heath did a great job showing me photos and showing me from my pricing how they were either the exact same or cheaper which was really good Tylor did the work and couldn’t be happier with our truck after he did his magic and was delivered on time as promised even with him out for a day. Kudos One of the biggest take aways on our experience, Tylor didn’t change out our manifold as he said nothing was wrong with it, we were told by a shop prior that our manifold was either warped or cracked and Tylor found the issue in the EGR cooler leaking. This is huge because he could have 100% installed it and we would have been just as happy, but because of their honesty, he saved us $1,800 in a non needed repair and for that we are customers. We seen some of the negative reviews and we read the replies from integrity explaining the other side and we do read but we also make our own decisions and we are glad we did. Thanks guys

Was on a road trip from Florida to Wisconsin and was having low fuel pressure warnings and reduced engine power warnings popping up. I thought it was going to be the frame mounted pump on the 6.7l powerstroke for some where around $1500. Called a few other places as was not having any luck with quick service as I had limited time. Called them up while sitting a couple miles away and they said come on in and they would check it out. They diagnosed it as sucking air, got it all squared away and got me back on the road. $94 for the repair. Great shop, great guys I really appreciate it. They even took some time to recommend some preventative stuff I should do to the truck once I got to Wisconsin, even though they knew they wouldn’t see me again as I was just traveling through. Made it up to Wisconsin and even got the wrap removed while I was here. Thanks for getting me back in the road so quick.
