I was stuck in line waiting for 30 minutes and decided to leave when nobody addressed me even after asking for help multiple times. The only response I kept getting was “We’ll be right with you" for half an hour straight. That was the first time. I’m currently standing in line now, wasn’t my first choice stop but car was desperately out of brake fluid and it was the closest shop. On a separate day, months later. Same dilema.

A shout out to Pietz, he went above and beyond, I was going to have go back next day to speak with store manager to take care of a situation. He called the store manager after I left, I did not leave my name or number. He looked for my purchase and called me back. He took care of it, for me.

Have been a frequent shopper at Advance sadly they keep selling junk and if its electrical good luck on getting an exchange. Their policy is no refund or exchange on junk they sold you if its electrical. HELLO O'REILLY'S my new best parts supplier

I've had great service at this location before but my last visit was not so great. I had gone in for a battery check up and had asked the young male employee for assistance. He said sure as he headed towards the back. He made it seem like if he was going to get the device to test my car battery, but instead, I waited fifteen minutes for him outside. As I walked back in the store, I see him flirting with another employee that was there. It is then I say to him if he's going to test my battery or not. He looks at me like if it's a chore (Either take your job seriously or quit). He comes out, test my battery, and says that it's good. A week later, I start to have the same issue with my battery. This time, I take it to a competitor and they tell me that the battery isn't good and that it's defective. They notified me that I need to take it back to this location and have it exchanged if under warranty. This time, I take my defective battery to another Advance Auto Parts to have it exchanged without a problem.

Left my battery charging, took it to Costco found out they did NOTHING to it, & covered my warranty sticker. Don’t waste your time here. Even buying windshield wipers will take you 30+ mins

Their system does not communicate with other stores. That was a huge pain in the rear when I went to warranty swap a part I bought at another location. On top of that, they gave me the wrong part. Had to go back again to get the right one. Need more training. I did however receive outstanding support when I spoke with an experienced member. He was able to locate the part instantly and I am able to get it installed.

Great service,the manager in charge (black gentleman) tried his best to service my wife's vehicle that had a bad brake bulb. But for some unknown reason the bulb wouldn't come out. We'll have to take it to our mechanic I guess. But kudos to this manager who did his best to fix it, he really struggled for a good while. Thank you sir for your courteous and professional demeanor.

Stopped by to pick up a battery that I bought there to recharge since it was not working properly. The associated that was there didn’t have a good attitude. He seemed annoyed and was like he was making me a favor. He went to look for another employee , since couldn’t understand me - and same thing - not a good attitude. They had a hard time finding my battery since the employee that received it didn’t took my information. The battery was not even charged. Definitely not going back to advance.

Don't really shop in store but the place is always clean and organized. I have picked up quite a few my online purchases and have not had any issues at the time of pick up. Employees always approach you and ask if you need help almost immediately. I appreciate the fast service. Also have had to return items, and as long as you have your receipt, every employee that I've dealt with has made it a smooth process. I would recommend you use this establishment.
