They don’t stand behind their products. Bought a blower motor that went out less than 12 months later. They informed me they have a 45 day return policy and I should contact the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and shop at O’reilly. If the part fails before it’s time, Oreilly will refund you or get you a new one.

They had a hard time listening and understanding what size of fuse I needed, otherwise they are a good store for your automotive needs.

So I have bought a fan clutch for my 2000 Chevy. Which was basically locked up and you could here the fan all the time. I had a receipt from when I bought it from Carquest , in which they had bought out. I told them that when I bought 6 years ago that I thought it had a limited life time warranty. They said that it was over 2 years old and it was out of its warranty. Then why was it not posted with a 2 year warranty then. I will never buy another part from them again. This the second time I have had a problem on a warranty. Beware of there warranty, it may be not what you think it is.

The lady there was so helpful and kind. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable or anxious and took extra time to make sure everything was working well and I was so impressed and happy with my experience! I don't know much about cars so that type of service was so appreciated!!

After picking up a car from Las Vegas Nevada it broke down on the way to Wisconsin here in Grand Junction Colorado. Not only were the employees BEYOND HELPFUL, they treated us with kindness and resources we would need. If ever needing help in Grand Junction Colorado with car problems from an amazing team and group of employees highly recommend. Extreme thanks to Mark, Andy, and another helpful individual. Without them we would not be on our way back home!!!!!

Steve is an Angel! He helped my family beyond his job duties. He went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle back on the road. The world needs more people like Steve❣️ My son said he had never seen anyone do a good deed without wanting something in return. Thank you Steve for your amazing hospitality❣️

The employees working when we went in for a replacement fuse told us they didn't know how to help us. They didn't even ask what type of vehicle we were needing it for. Long story short.... Go to O'Reilly's. They at least hire people that have some understanding of vehicles. More importantly there employees at O'Reilly's are willing to take the time to attempt to help!

Some of the employees are helpful and some not so much. Manager Clayton (think that was his name-sorry if I got it wrong) is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to help you and is friendly. Some employees, hardly will speak to you. One employee (older guy with gray beard) was watching videos on his phone at the counter and didn't even ask if he could help us or anything, don't think the manager was there or was in the back while this was going on. That just happened on one shopping trip and it happened a few weeks ago. Most of the time, employees are helpful but, not always so, that's why only four stars.

Shout out to Mark & Clint for going above and beyond in Customer Service! I need a part to have my windshield wiper fluid to spray on my windshield. They also put it in for me so I could have clean visibility. Thanks again for your kindness!

I was greeted as I came in by a super friendly staff. It turned out that I had a problem with my purchase - when I went back, the manager was so nice and helpful... corrected my issue without hesitation! I'll return to this place for future auto parts needs.

My rating is based only on one experience, one that did not go well from my point of view. I bought a part I thought I needed... ( I was wrong) I went to return part with everything in original packaging and condition with the receipt, 7 days after original purchase. I bought the part on a trip in the springs and went to return in junction. (Both advance auto parts stores). Even with my receipt with my name on it they said they could not track the sale so were unable to credit my card and had to give me store credit. Now sitting on $400 of store credit I don't need and out the on hand cash! Whole experience was irritating and did not make a lot of since. Generally do not use advance auto parts but going to avoid them like the plague in the future ( once I find $400 in parts I guess). Update...3 AUG 21... since I have store credit, I ordered parts (spark plugs) from store via online order that claimed I would have same day delivery by 4pm.... it is now the next day with no delivery and no communication via email or phone about the delay for my order... I continue to be disappointed in the service and communication. Once I have spent my store credit... will not return and will warn others to avoid. My guess is this is an organizational issue as opposed to employees.

Mark took a call from me today and I am very satisfied with his quick professional service, he was able to help me with a problem I am going to solve. Cars can be so confusing and he was wonderful understanding what I was looking for and helping me continue on my journey of mechanicing!!! Thank you Mark. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for hiring great employees.

Very helpful, attentive, and most importantly (to me), I never have to wait long at all for service. And the prices are very reasonable considering today's apparent new business philosophy and attitude of "jack up prices because everyone else is"! Kudos to Advance Auto Parts and thank you.

I went in to get a new battery for my truck and Mark checked it for me first to make sure it needed replaced. It did so he went through the options with me and helped me pick out a good battery. He even stayed late to put it in for me which I really appreciate! Everyone was super nice and helpful and got me back on the road. Thank you for the help Mark!

We were traveling and had a problem with our battery terminal. Clinton really helped us out in pinch! He and other staff members were so knowledgeable and helpful. We can’t thank them enough so we could get back on the road.

Carquest precision lower control arm. Boot ripped very easily, and a section had to be shaved so it would not hit the strut. This will probably go out before the warranty is up, and I will shop elsewhere instead of wasting time replacing with the same.
