I called and got a quote for so work to be done. Explained what the vehicle was and what needed to be done. I was quoted $500. Now, I understand that is just a quote, but when I dropped off the vehicle, they called me and told me that it was going to be a little over $2,100. I'm not really sure how you mis quoted me $1,600 but I wasn't happy and they really couldn't give me an explanation on why the price was $1,600 more than I was quoted. The guy just kept dodging the question when I asked why it was such a large jump.

I took my car here last week to be evaluated due to a rattling noise since they had good reviews and could get me in right away. I took my car in at 9 am and they said they'd call me soon and let me know what they find. I didn't hear from them all day so I called at 3:30 pm to ask for an update. They told me the noise was coming from a loose bolt that they fixed, but I needed new wheel bearings. They never called with that update, and instead waited all day on someone to call them back with the cost of the parts so they could give me an estimate. Therefore I went the entire day without a car and no communication. They called me back an hour later saying they still hadn't heard back from who they needed to hear from and I could just come pick up my car. I called them back and told them I couldn't get there until after they closed, and asked to pay over the phone and they said they would leave my car outside of the shop. When I got there to pick up my car, I didn't find my car outside of the shop. My car was locked inside of the garage with no way for me to get it and I had to change my vacations plans as I had to go home and wait for them to open the next day to get my car. No apology and no offer to fix my wheel bearings when they get an estimate. Don't believe the reviews you see on great communication and prices. Take your business elsewhere, they don't care.

I was called to come pick up my car so that the lot could be plowed after the impending snow storm. The issue with the vehicle was not fixed despite replacing a few different parts that totaled 2k worth of work. I was sent home in a car that was not safe to drive as it was surging. In order to not stall at lights I had to give it gas while keeping my foot on the brake so as to not move forward. It was spewing black smoke from the exhaust as well. The car did not spew smoke before it was taken in. The change in ownership really seems to have taken them downhill. I never went back after that. Before that they were my proffered shop for at least 10 years.

I can’t say anything other than I’m very impressed with the service. We sent one of our company vehicles in for the time to Advanced Automotive, within an hour I received a call with the diagnoses. The price was fair so I proceeded to move forward with the repair. They had the parts in and the vehicle back to us by the end of the day. We will be using them again. Great experience!

Well, the best I can say is that they responded quickly to my online inquiry. They got my vehicle in and, for a $150 charge, looked at my exhaust (which had rusted off) To see what needed to be done. As a single gal, you can all appreciate it's a tough place to be when you take a vehicle in- you never know who you can trust... They quoted me $2200. For exhaust. I went to Midas, and got the same work done, much friendlier service, for $1400. How is that possible?? I'm not sure, but you can bet i won't be going to Advanced in the future.

I've been happy with AAT service for a number of visits this year. They compare favorably with other shops (especially including dealer), and are competent, responsible and customer oriented. Just a great little shop, fair pricing and do good work. Definitely worth a 5-Star rating! I've never had a bad experience with them, always appreciated their candor as well.

Other shops were weeks out to just look at my problem, Cam got me in the next day and I had a estimate to resolve the issue before days end. Was looking somewhere for a transmission fluid service, after research and inquiry I came across Advanced Auto and Transmissions. After submitting service quote/request Cam called and quoted me, then I got car in quickly, work was finished in 1 day and for the quoted amount. This place seems honest and I def got NO up sell on anything just the work communicated on. Price was in line with another shop nearby however half was the STEALERship wanted. Thanks Cam! I had my car diagnosed here and they tried to tell me my core converter in my transmission and its blown. Gave me price range of 8,600 to 7,100 for service. They charged me 160 for diagnostics. I had it towed to a dealership. They re-programmed the trans without replacement, fixed the Turbo which was causing it to go into limp mode and charged me 3,900 and my car is like new. I didnt need a new transmission and saved almost 5 thousand dollars. I wouldnt go back here if you paid me.

I brought in a older transmission and was told they would be able to repair what needed to be fixed and ended up with a couple months of a run around for nothing to get done and they ended up ordering the wrongs parts. They then told me they wouldn’t be able to fix the problem and charged me $875 just to take apart a transmission and give it back to me in pieces. After all this they also forgot to give me 2 very important parts and will refuse to let us talk to the owner and are very rude and disrespectful. All in all very horrible customer service, way overpriced, and never take an older transmission to this place or do business with them.

I was expecting them to charge me just to take a look at the car. They said since they weren't able to give a reasonable diagnosis, they wouldn't charge me at all, not even for their time. I was impressed with that level of honesty, respect, and commitment to keep me as a long term customer. It worked. Now they are the first place I call, always. The guy at the front desk has always been chill and professional, very easy going and easy to deal with. Zero corporate scams at this place.
