My husband and his family have been going to Advantage Automotive on Jacksonville Road in Ocala for years. My husband has Raved about them since I've known him and today I got to see first hand why he does. Needing more then we should to be fixed or taken care of on our Grand Marquis we called Advantage Automotive a couple of days ago and told them the Problems that needed fixing and the Necessities we had been slacking on. We spoke to BURT who was VERY helpful and had more of a Genuine Premier Customer Service Attitude then many, if not most. He was patient with us and made sure to cover things from A to Z as far as the availability of any parts needed and accurate pricing. Burt set up an appointment for us to bring our car in and did so working around our busy schedule. When we arrived at Advantage Automotive we were Greeted by a friendly man named Jason. There was NO unnecessary stalling and our Time was appreciated and not wasted. Jason showed us where the waiting area was and Burt was REALLY great at making sure we were comfortable and occupied with real conversation. I have to say, them having speedy service is an understatement. It was not even an hour that we were there and they were done. As if they couldn't have been any more wonderful they surprised us Because there was so much to be done on our car we had to split the work into two different days but The Awesome Guys there are so AMAZING that they got almost EVERYTHING but a couple of things being done this one visit. The guys at Advantage Automotive are extremely Professional, very helpful genuine honest and reliable. Their work is pristine and their word is trustworthy. They value your time and your business and I promise you after you go there once you will be a customer of theirs for the rest of your life.

Was referred here by a friend of mine and it did not disappoint. Best customer service I’ve received at any shop. Very knowledgeable, up-front, and thorough. Great communication, constantly updated me via text on the status of my vehicle. And small things like always calling me by name and offering me a bottled water while I wait really goes a long way. The work done seems to be of good quality so far, planning on returning again soon to fix a coolant leak, will update about that experience as well.

They replaced both U-joints in my vehicle for a very reasonable price. The staff was very professional and personable and finished the job in the timeframe and for the price that they said they would. I also liked the way they kept me updated by text from start to finish, including copies of the inspection report and the final invoice. The place was also very clean. They are definitely my new go to place.

I've been using advantage automotive since they opened. Probably 20 years now. Jason and his crew are absolutely the best. They've always been honest and trustworthy with my vehicles. They've never tried to sell me anything I do not need. I highly recommend them for everything from oil changes two major repairs.

I am so impressed! Advantage automotive is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with garage. Pep boys estimate for the same fix. was more than 3 times as much as these guys, no joke! The owner Burt and another I spoke to were great. Friendly, professional, helpful... I asked them to look at my dad‘s car five minutes before they closed and they jumped right on it. I can’t say enough about these men. If only other businesses took care of their customers this way... I know where I’m going for my future car troubles! Thank you for the phenomenal customer service!

This place came in Clutch!!! (pun intended lol) Had some sudden issues with my car that caused me to miss work and when your job has a point system, that's terrifying. Everything was booked out or way too expensive and then I heard about this place. They got me in the same day and were able to fix my issue by that evening. My wait was spent playing peek-a-boo with the office pup who even though was very shy, seemed like the goodest of boys. Thank you guys so much for getting me back to work, and thank you so sooo much for the little card you sent me after, it was handwritten and thoughtful and I really appreciated it. Definitely choose these guys for your needs, they're amazing <3

Been going to them since they were off 17th St...been a while. Folks there have always been fair and done a slam-up job. Never have had an issue with any of their work. We chose AA over the local Ram dealer due to poor reviews and were very happy with AA. They kept us informed of where they were at with our vehicle (diesel oil change and coolant diagnostic). We got a report of items that will need attention. We would've had some of that work done if we were given the option since we travel full-time and scheduling maintenance/repairs is a pain. At least they weren't shoving repairs down our throat.
