They got right to my car. They was able to get what I need done in a timely fashion. There was no long wait time. Be stated at his price he quoted me. His shop is very clean and open, spacious. You can see into very well and move around.very friendly staff. he even advised me on what I met need done on the car in the future. Just overall good experience for me.

The A/C in my car stopped working. I took it to Freddy's back in December. We paid this shop around $2000 and had to return the car to them three (3) times over the past two months. This last time they kept it for two weeks, stopped being reachable by phone (most of the time the fax machine and answering machine pick up at the same time so you really can't even leave a message). When they finally did answer all I got was the run around about getting the wrong part, yada yada yada, and then finally after I persistently called them everyday for a week, they tell me that they cannot fix it, I need to take it to the dealership.... Long story short, they cannot fix a very common 2014 Ford Focus Air Conditioner, they will also keep you waiting with no communication, and they might keep your car for an unnecessarily long period of time and not even fix it.

Freddy is genuine and kindhearted. They do good work and are extremely helpful and nice. Freddy will take you to the back and show you exactly what is being done and why. I first found him after having my car break down on 75 and have been going since. Best mechanic I've ever been too and will continue going!

Freddy is an honest mechanic who works for you. He delivers excellent quality at a very reasonable price. He's an easy and friendly guy to work with. I was stuck on the highway. Called Freddy. He sent me a tow in minutes, repair my Hyandai within an hour, and charged me almost half my usual mechanic. He there to help his customers.

I just want to leave a comment about my experience in this place. please be careful with them. My Equinox started to fail. I brought it here and Fredy told me that he would look into the problem and call me to give me an estimate for the repair. The next day I received the call and the man told me that the repair cost $300 then he calls me and says that was not the problem that the repair would cost $700 then I receive another call with the same story and a price of $1200. At that moment I say no and go get the car. After a small argument I had to pay $300 to get the car out. That day when I got home the smell of gasoline was very strong; I decided not to use the car anymore and take it back. A few days later, on the way to the workshop, the car caught fire and burned completely. Thank God the insurance responded and everything turned out to be a horrible experience. Now everything is under investigation by Geico and the Ocala Police Department. The saddest thing of all is that this was the car that my wife used to take my daughters to school and that I could have lost my family due to the bad practice of this man and his workshop.

Today was my second time taking my truck to Freddy’s Auto. The first time he replaced the motor for one of my windows, and got the job done quickly. This time I needed my starter replaced. At first they said it would be until Monday, but then Freddy said he would stay late today (on a Saturday) and get it done himself. Great service from a straight shooter.

Great service great prices very nice people I pulled in driving on I-75 my van started making a lot of noise the fan was broken into about 10 pieces. I pulled in immediately they started working on my van and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. I got a new fan and a reasonable price and very quickly I was back on the road. TY to them for helping me out!!
