I took my vehicle to Bilal's for the first time today based on referrals and reviews. I have to say, I had the best experience at an AFG auto repair shop today that I can remember. Belal, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and cooperative. , my car was taken for a test drive, it was treated very respectfully. This place is my new go to shop with reasonable price. I took my car to this shop thinking they could fix a minor noise, but it only got worse. After their service, my car started leaking fluids everywhere! The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. Overall, a frustrating experience with no real solutions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

BEWARE ! This shop is uninsured for damages that may occur while your vehicle is in their possession & refuse to pay when they damage your vehicle - a fact ! .....this shop recently ( 9 -16-25 ) LOST a Sacramento small claims court case # 25SC000253 ...for damages their mechanic inflicted on a customers car to the tune of $12,500 ...this shop will not obey the court ordered judgement so now the customer will take the next legal steps in order to secure money owed to him ! This shop is as unethical as it gets ...not to be trusted , inexperienced mechanics as proven by the small claims judgement ! For the record the customer, to start , has filed complaints with the Bureau of Automotive Repair , Better Business Bureau & the Consumer Protection Agency . BEWARE!!

I’m so glad I found this auto repair shop! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to—they really took the time to explain what was going on with my car without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. They gave me a fair quote, walked me through my options, and got the job done quicker than I expected. Best of all, my car is running like new again! Scam Alert ‼️ Guys letting you know to avoid going to this so-called auto repair shop, they will take your car hostage and will charge you like crazy, which doesn’t make any sense. He would shamelessly lie to you about the repairs and the cost of the parts. In our case, he wanted to charge $450 for a simple part which we bought for $35 only and also tried to charge an additional $450 for labor cost which was less than an hour!
